Maple crashes after a few minutes

For no reason after a few minutes maple just closes, no errors, nothing. I never had this issue until after they "fixed it". On W7 64bit.

We are working with AhnLab to resolve this issue some players are experiencing. AhnLab has identified the cause of this issue but will not be able to provide the fix for us until early next week. So no official fix until the Patch on the 10th. >_< And if you don't want to wait until then use this link and follow the directions.

I'm running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and I have yet to encounter any problems but I was browsing through the Nexon Forums this morning and came across a post that Hime had quoted that a bunch of people are saying fixed their problem, here's the link:

Just scroll down a bit until you come across the first set of steps 1-3.

After doing so, it states that if the problem does not continue the problem is due to; "interference is occurring because of a background program or service." and if it does continue; "interference is not occurring because of a background program or service."

But since this so called fix didn't actually happen, try this and see if it helps, the above comments are from users here who tried it.
