Hey, I'm Aegis.

I'm a Graphic Designer. I specialize in poster, typography, and logo design. I've established myself on many online communities to say the least. I gained recognition with my famous panda tattoo design on deviant art with over 18,000 views and 600 favourites. I used to do sigs and I still do every now and then to try new techniques. As of now, I'm focusing on getting my own design, photoshop, art, etc forum up and running as well as finishing up my university studies and getting my graphic design degree.

That tattoo has been on a few t shirts, magazines, and tattooed onto someone's ankle.

If you don't mind me asking, how long did you do graphics before you decided that you wanted to make a living out of it?

I started in high school. In grade 10, I started to use photoshop and illustrator to mess around, photo manipulate and such but then nearing the end of grade 11 and 12 I suddenly had all these opportunities such as designing the yearbook, entering district competitions, and doing promos. So roughly 2-3 years.

Side note:

I had applied for 4 universities and the one I went to was the last school I applied for because hell, no way I thought I'd get in. But then I was accepted shortly after my portfolio interview and that surprised me later because I had heard many people were not accepted for at least 2 months. I saw it as a once in a life time opportunity that the university offered me so I thought I'd try it.

I never really got around to complimenting your work on sleepywood, but your designs are amazing.

To say the least I feel you are overly bombastic, Aegis. Your art is great, but not as good as you make it out to be...
