Hello Maplers!
This post is only in regards to a very small number of you who had been having the Nprotect KeyCrypt issue before, and had submitted a ticket to Customer Support and received a new .dll file in a previous ticket response.
If you are one of those players, and have been having difficulty auto-patching MapleStory after receiving that file, please check your previous ticket. We have left a comment on that ticket containing a link to a new file (npkcrypt.dll) for you to use.
Please check your previous ticket where you received the previous .dll file and follow the instructions given. If you continue to have difficulty patching MapleStory with the new file (npkcrypt.dll) provided in the ticket, please open a new ticket with the subject ?Nprotect KeyCrypt?, and our Customer Support department will assist you.
