Ignorant? I have a belt that's 9 att 3 line unique and was amazed that you said 7b, because my belt would clearly be worth more assuming 7b was accurate. Flaming people isn't nice, since P/C threads get lost very quick so every post helps, but it's nice to know you're someone i would want to do business with.

Good luck with your sale.

no idea on price, but 7B is a bit over the top, considering a blackfist clean 3 lines (which starts with even more attack) goes for 1.5~2B.

anyways, i'd like to buy it, but since i do not know the price, i'll refrain from it. sorry.

It CLEARLY says I'm not sure of the price so it says 7bil or OFFER. That means I don't know the price so i'm throwing a price out there so at least there's a price to start out with. No where did I ask for a price check. But thank you apparently my belt is ridiculously overpriced. Thanks now I know...

Blackfist is not a belt so its irrelevant in my opinion.

i am comparing 2 items that are hard to obtain, even more 3 lines, have base attack, and can only get increased by chaos scrolls, i don't see how comparing prices is entirely irrelevant, but if you are going to take the defensive and bash every single post that is placed here, why not just buy 10 item smegas, and ask for a price check to the whole scania, hmm? get the highest bidders in a room and make them fight each other for it, is that too hard?

Doesn't matter. Since the belt slot came out i made my belts myself and i've only ever used two self-made belts so i don't know what any kind of belt is worth. When i see belts that can compare with mine, i say "wow, my belt is better so if i sell it i can get around or more than that price!" I have no opinion about what your belt is worth because i'm not a belt enthusiast. I couldn't give you a price check if a gun was to my head.

First an ignorance accusation and now assumptions? High quality TS posts in this thread.

Are you serious? This is a thread for ME to sell MY belt. Congrats you have a belt that is better than mine. Is there ANY reason for you to post wow 7bil holy pomegranate!!! in my thread? No. If you want to make comparison, by all means do so but there's no reason to make a post.

I'm bashing at every post? I didn't even ask for your opinion of price but you come in saying "I don't know price but comparing to a different piece of equipment it seems overpriced" Lol what? I didn't even ask for a price check. I'm looking for OFFERS.

Anyways, back to topic current offers 5bil.

@TS: Perhaps you should read the marketplace rules before posting here; they're considerably different from sleepywood's. The culture is different, and hence the replies are different. Don't get pissy cause you dont understand the system.

Here are some of the main differences, to name a few (least to my knowledge...if I'm wrong, someone feel free to correct me):

1. You DO NOT have to put a price in your board. This means that you don't have to stick some outrageous price on your item, then add "or offer" after it. This means you don't have to stick up an unreasonable price, just for the heck of sticking up a price.

2. There is no "market disruption" warning here. People are ACTUALLY allowed to comment as they are doing, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it, providing they arent breaking any rules. I mean, why CANT someone post in a thread whatever they want, as long as it fits within the rules?

3. The rationale here is that by not putting a price, it makes it harder to sell your item, and that in itself is the punishment. The punishment lies in the results (or lack thereof), not within an additional punishment.

I seriously don't think the problem here is the price you want for your item. The problem lies in the fact that you lazily decided to copy and paste the exact same thread you probably made on sleepywood over here. I mean...if you don't want people complaining about the price, then...Don't put up a price! I'm such a genius. You can thank me later. I'll be here all week.

1.) I don't have to put a price but there's also no rules against it so i'm doing absoultely nothing wrong.
2.) Yes, obviously you can post whatever you want in the thread but don't you think it's absolutely unneccsary? I didn't know writing Holy pomegranate 7bil!!?!?! Is helping anyone. Even if it's not against the rule it's not helping anyone, it's more disturbing than anything.

Lol what? Although it's not copy and pasted, I see NO problem with my lazyness even if I had. It's a problem that I lazily copied what I posted in another forum? Why?
Saying don't put a price if you don't want anyone to complain about your price is like don't put up a thread to sell anything if you don't want people to post anything on it. That defeats the purpose. How am I supposed to know someone is going to complain about my price.

He probably means irrelevant as in comments that do not indict interest in a strictly business listing. In this case, not only is the poster not indicting interest, the poster is also expressing a misplaced indignation at the price even though the seller clearly states that the price is negotiable. That, in my opinion, is extremely rude and warrants the TS's hostility. Having dealt with nuisances like many posters in this thread on a daily basis, I cannot express enough my anger for people who make useless remarks in my hired merchant when I am listing my products. While Southperry may not have strict rules on its market forums, that excuses none from being rude.

@ TS (if you need a p/c verification): I believe a 10 Attack Rare belt is ~ 6b. I have seen a 11 Attack 3 line Unique belt sold for around 7b in Bera.

Uh. What. "Misplaced indignation"? I already stated why i responded that way. Because i was surprised i had an item worth that much money. There was no "Anger or annoyance provoked by what is perceived as unfair" from my posts. If 7b was unfair or otherwise shocking to me for an item of this caliber after playing for almost 5 years, then i better get the f'uck out of this game.

Nonetheless, i've given this thread more attention than it deserved and will no longer post. View count has more than tripled since my first reply. Wink

The TS seemed to interpret it another way. Either way, it's extremely rude to go into someone's thread and in an implying way point out that the price is unfair or surprising. And honestly, if I was the seller, I wouldn't really care about how much your item is worth. To put things into perspective, he is trying to make a sale and you're wasting his time.

Really, so if a store sells gold necklaces for a high price, do you walk in and say something like, "OH I DIDN'T KNOW MY GOLD NECKLACE WAS WORTH SO MUCH! But I had it for so long!"

Simply put, we don't care you have a similar item, or played for 5 years, or you think the price is unfair.

Takebacker, ProSoccerDk, get away from each other's throats. ProSoccerDk, use the edit button for the love of god. A double post AND a triple post in the same thread.
