Notebook Event - Week 3 Results

Hello Maplers!

Congratulations to TEAM A for winning this week's Return the Notebook event! Team A will enjoy double EXP points over the weekend during the below times:

- October 4, 2008 / 11 am to 12 pm (PDT)
- October 5, 2008 / 11 am to 12 pm (PDT)

Just as a reminder, here are the teams once again:

Team A: Scania, Kradia, Bellocan
Team B: Bera, Khaini, Yellonde
Team C: Broa, Windia, Mardia

We only have one more week of the Notebook event left! Team B and Team C, it's your last chance to win double EXP points, so we encourage you to start collecting those notebooks fast. It has been a close race between the three teams so far. Team A, job well done again!

Is there ANYTHING preventing us from cleansweeping short of other servers gathering together and just spending all week at things that drop them with the sole purpose of farming them? >_>

Then again, that's not worth it... a week of no training for 2 hours of 2x exp?!

Needless to say, I think that if Nexon ever has a event like this again, the teams will be structured differently xD

@Isaac: I agree with you... this is getting irrelevant like so many other things nexon/maple does... when you do things too much, they just lose meaning. The contest might've been good every 2 weeks of if they had a way of balancing things out but as it is, its just gotten boring for the other servers, watching team A get 2 hours of 2x every week, lol.

god damit, when i don't have time to play maple gives me 2x exp, my rank has already dropped 200+ because of this.

Do their drop rates change or is it by coincidence?-> I remember one night the notebooks were dropping by 2-3 per minute. The next day it took me around ten minutes just to get one. Oh well. I'll have a good laugh if Team A loses from over confidence. Doubt it though.
