Monster cards don't drop?

Well apparently I lost my match cards set somewhere so I decided to make new one.

Thing is, none of the mobs seem to be dropping them anymore...tried at least green mushrooms, orange mushrooms(both cynical and normal), blue mushrooms etc.

Do you guys know any mob that still drops them?

Ok, that's weird... if anything, try Leprechauns, those are world tour, and hopefully still drop them.

I thought they removed Monster Book.

No, the cards to make the minigame.

I seem to remember finding them from sand rats, but I could be wrong..That being said, it DOES seem like a lot of monsters dont drop them anymore.
