Does pam work with vega?

I wanted to use dagger 10% with vega 10% but I'm not sure if pam will activate if it fail

or what can i do with 2 vega 10% and a pam

As far as I can recall, you apply the Vega scroll before the attempt occurs, and Pam's song triggers when the scroll fails. So yes, they should work together.
