MapleStory will be going through an unscheduled server maintenance on September 23rd, 2008.





This involves the game servers and will last for approximately 1 hour.

I believe it's probably for the drop rate of the notebooks :f6:..They were dropping like mad after the SC.

Oh it's for the character thing..0_O.. hmm yeah some of my friends were getting errors as well..

Hopefully they will fix the character ranking on the log in screen? :f6:

I highly doubt the Notebooks' increased drop rate was unintended, but we'll see. This SC brought several problems.

- Duey wasn't working
- Ranking screwed up
- And apparently other errors with characters (don't know about them)

Like the holloween event the year before, where they had to increase the drop rates of the candies?

dam, i wish i knew about this SC earlier, i was freaking out cause i couldnt get Flowsionms to work, and then GMS wouldnt work, so i reinstalled GMS X_X oh well, maybe itll run a bit smoother for me for god know why.

Yeah, that's my belief. With Notebooks' drop rate high, people will spend more time hunting them because they feel like they're contributing to the event more. I know lots of people gave up completely because of how ridiculous it was before. Nexon wants people competing!

However, we'll see if I'm wrong and it was just another one of the many screw-ups in this SC soon enough.

I swear I've never seen such a bunch of incompetent people grouped together, otherwise known as a company.

Lets see 1st SC/SM of the day extended 2x was it.

First SC was extended by an hour and 20 mins. So far this one is extended by 12 minutes. C on the BBB? I think not.

Nexon is a joke. If they need another server check for the one they just had, that was SUPPOSED to fix things, it's sad.
