Big Bang patch glitches, surprises, features, comments...

None of my characters from scania show up, only 4 random ones from various servers.

EDIT: well i got onto my hero now, not sure what changed.

On what channel? maybe you have to log into a specific channel or something...
As for All characters, it tells me no characters are found.

i had tried 3 or 4 channels before trying the see all characters button, when that didnt work i just tried channel 16 again and it decided to work.

Game doesn't record my set system and game options. I have to change them every time I log on.

Also, did anyone get the Malaysia disconnect, and if so, were you able to fix it? I tried doing what SuperNerd suggested, but I'm not sure if I did it right, since it didn't work.

That was how I went about it on Tespia as well, but gMST =/= gMS if the method doesn't work for you.

hmm - while playing around with meso explosion i noticed that it was doing more than the skill suggests (180%) anyone else notice this? (nothing in Meso Mastery) is it possible that it has further mechanics to the skill?

Level 120 Mechanic parts are dropping. And quite often. Got 2 in 10 minutes at skels.

Well, it's based on your range now. So the higher your range is...

Damage displayed does not correspond to damage dealt.

weird, mine felt like it was doing less damage than 180%... i ended up spamming assassinate/bstep more than bstep/pp/sb/me

Glitches:
Missing 10 SP points
Scania just doesn't work
Damage readings are often incorrect (or monsters of the same species have differing max hp somehow...)
Can't change channels using the enter key
Fairy queens have an irregular KB (I'm assuming they forgot to take out the 'uniqueness' of the KB in APQ)
The quest with Abel's glasses repeated about 3 times for me. I ended up with 20 Nautilus Return Scrolls.

Not happy about:
Magic claw range is screwed up
Removed MP recovery
Reset quests
SP screwed up
No monster book

The towns are so laggy, I can;t even talk to gaga for my ring. And soon it'll be a 15 day one if I don't get it soon. Q~Q

I double clicked on the event potion that I got from the event box after waiting 1 hour, and it disappeared and now I have to wait an hour again.

Oh, well at least lag doesn't swamp you enough that you can't even move the mouse to click gaga. -_-"
Oh well, I've always got the +15 ring. And that's if I can withstand the lag tomorrow..

My only problem with this patch is the fact that El Nido and Zenith have 20 channels while Mardia and the other small servers have 13 still. I just want to fight Chaos Horntail already.

Towns became less laggy after I switched to high resolution mode.

You don't click on the potion, you go click on Gaga.

Also, game is definately broken. A lvl 30 mastery book worked 1st try for me.

Not sure if this got posted and theres way too many pages to look through but, nexon changed my hair color. Looks like a bug to me lol, my brown hair turned to red and a guildmate's same type of hair changed from yellow to blue. If not a bug still quite a suprise there, I only happened to look at the 1st post for what seems to be an updated list, so sorry if this is repeated.

Scania and other big servers need 20 channels -____- that's like a whole 2947234 more maps for people to use. If anything, these servers need 20 channels, not the smaller ones.
