I'd like to know if the perma versions of the items will be reduced more than the 20% they already are. I was thinking of getting a perma transparent hat before they remove them.

It was one thing to set an alarm for the middle of the night based on an extraction showing the item I want goes on sale at 3am my time.
Getting up every 2 hours to see what's new... I'm not that much of an addict.
Furthermore, if quantities are limited I won't be able to get anything anyway, laggy cash shop and all.

I do not see why it would be. Last year it was not limited to prepaid NX at least, though I suppose sales on items that require prepaid to begin with still will.

No cubes on sale for first round. Just very limited quantities of select items. Quantities ranging from 2 to 70 (70 for 4 hour 2x card).
