Aaaand it crashed a third time as I was trying to redo my shop...waits for the Emergency SC.

Wow, they optimized the resource management of the client. Before I would only get about 20-30 FPS on the lowest quality setting, but now I'm getting the full 60 FPS on the highest. Good job Nexon. Now they just have to make it so we stop d/cing.

Oh, hell yeah. Your dc issues are most likely related to other glitches. I rarely have dc issues except those caused by the running out of allocated graphics memory issue.

Anyone who expected this to be a blanket fix for all issues was out of their mind in the first place. Just because YOUR issues aren't resolved doesn't mean they didn't do anything. This will likely be a work in progress, which should be acceptable as long as they keep trying.

Channel one is constantly crashing, and no it doesn't allow duping. My friend tested it about 10 times and he couldn't dupe anything so it isn't anything hazardous at least. Still expecting emergency SC.

I don't DC but I can no longer use the highest graphic settings to play. If I do I start lagging pretty bad.
I played while on window mode though, not sure if the same thing happens while on fullscreen.

Rankings are broken too. Cant check them on the website and my lv 80 DB is the 9,500 overall ranked Thief when I log on. lol

Guess they must have fixed some things while breaking many others...

I'm pretty laggy after the SC. It's not like, total lag as in monsters freeze for a sec then move after awhile or whatever. It's mostly like my cursor and character movements seem ''sluggish''. Being that it's really easy for me to ''feel'' sight this is pretty annoying...

I logged in and immediately noticed one thing, that my overlay for mumble showed up in maple as opposed to before the patch when it didn't. This means they changed something at least.

Heh, this only made it lag MORE for me. Great attempt, though.

I just went into the cash shop and the client closed without error. The Maple startup took so long, I'm not even going to bother getting back on to see if the cash shop will dc me again.

This. With a mediocre graphics card on Vista, my FPS would seemingly drop on Vista to around 20-30's on the highest quality setting. At areas like Orbis, Kft, or Leafre, it would dip down even further to around 10-20's on the highest quality setting. I haven't checked Orbis or Leafre yet, but the FPS seems to be very smooth at Kft now.

Download .NET framework 1 and 3.5 off Windows Update. Worked for me.

So I'm reading they improved FPS, but now stores don't work and CH 1 crashes. What the blazes did the game update properly fixed/updated?
