Everyone gets a skill reset?

As long as you grab the SP reset scroll during the event, yes.

They did in KMS. I hope we do too.

I'll be playing my cb/shadower in JMS, and when it does come out. Make my Ranger a Bowmaster and end my GMS career forever.

There is absolutely no way they won't give out the SP reset.

They can probably do something retarded though, I can kind of see it. 1 Reset per Nexon ID, other resets cost 500 NX each or something. That's probably the worst outcome, but yeah they would definitely give away resets.

Why not? Not be to be overly optimistic because we're talking about Nexon here, but they did give out free AP resets during that one event. I forgot which one it was, but I only re-installed MS just to reset about a good 30 APs or so worth of DEX. So they might, albeit, low chance.

Because the game is unplayable, especially for AMs, without a full skill reset and not even Nexon is ridiculous enough to expect people to put out money on something THEY are "screwing up".

Please keep in mind that this is a SKILL POINT reset not an ABILITY POINT reset. They make way more money off AP resets, and AP doesn't need to be reset after BB.

Not to mention some skills no longer exist or have their max levels reduced. I'd imagine a lot of players quitting if their SPs were to disappear into thin air.

Not only did everyone get a reset, everyone got two. All you needed to do was log in at a certain time. New characters also came with resets for like two weeks.

Same thing I've been doing since Evan required NX.

Not playing.

They do, at least for some classes. My Hero no longer has any use for 80 base dex. Some might argue it never did, but that dex was right for the time I made her and the funding I had. After BB, however, no warrior, no matter how unfunded, needs any points in dex. Nexon forcing me to pay to move them into str is just as bad as their forcing a Bishop to pay to move SP from Genesis to Angel Ray.

Those points get freed up and put back in your your SP pool automatically, as far as I know. You only need the SP reset scroll if you want to take points out of skills that still exist but have become less useful.

That isn't a problem due to the way replacement is handled.

Better work on my medal before this patch comes.

I don't know about you, but I've been stuck on zombie mushmom card part of the quest, not for a lack of trying, but because the damn card won't drop. I wouldn't even mind the quest at all, since I had to get new cards for it, but after killing my 1000th zombie mushmom, it gets a bit ridiculous.

I plan on reseting and testing out my skills, getting my sniper to 120, then debating whether or not to continue playing.

I honestly have no idea what I will do... It might depend on levelling, if it is dirt easy, then I probably would not be bothered to get to 200, as with the limited time before the patch comes, no way to 200 under the already-20%-easier-curve.

Still, it would also depend on what my friends do, if they all just drop the game, then I probably would find less reason to be on and probably either start Mana Khemia 2, DFO, or get the DLC for Disgaea 3 while waiting for Disgaea 4.
