You can buy the ingredients in FM if you want, especially the Cat and Frog drops if you're unable to kill them yourself. But since you can trade tokens for them, and get tokens willy-nilly while hunting for the mushroom caps and croco skins, it seems rather unnecessary this year.

But they removed the Witch Belt off the reward list as a trade-off.

No kidding. I spent quite a while trying to get those keys. Bringing only part of the quest chain back makes no sense.

Today is November 9th, all these events should, by rights (and by this notice) run until the maintenance tonight.
But no, Tokens have stopped dropping, Witch Malady has disappeared from all towns but Perion, and the one there is malfunctioning. She gave me a broomstick and zombie ring, but would not give a witch scroll, saying I didn't have space in my inventory. I suspect the witch scrolls require her to talk to the server to get an expiration time, and the quest has expired on the server.
Cassandra no longer gives out the Trick or Treat quest.
I haven't checked but I am guessing Olivia is also gone, and cats and frogs no longer spawn.

Yeah Nexon always messes up the end times, I thought this would happen. I traded in my last tokens for Rings just before it ticked over to the 9th just in case.

The clean ones are nothing special, but successfully chaosed they can be better than red whips.
Considering there's not much else to use tokens for this year, might as well go for a godly broomstick. However, even the Perion Malady no longer gives out her chaos scrolls, so that's not an option for today.

Meh, had 75/80 for one last ring but I didn't log on yesterday due to the meso hack, so I guess I'm stuck with.... about 15 rings actually.
