Safe to put up shop?

Supposedly there is (or was) a glitch related to the double-login problem that allowed abusers to dupe their mesos and/or items. I have no idea how widespread abuse of this was (or is). Last time there was a major meso dupe event, Nexon deleted all or most of the mesos from shopkeepers who happened to sell so much as an ore to someone with glitched mesos. So is there a risk of them doing the same trick again? Should we not put up any shops from our main accounts for a week or two?

It was repaired fast enough I don't think they're going to do any remediation because it didn't have enough time to be truly widespread/disasterous.

Maybe the duping method was, I don't know what it was and wouldn't try it now if I did know.
But logging in twice on the same account is still possible. Did it just now.

Yeah it was temporary or something, because the time when me and my friend tested it told us you were already logged in. It was probably something they were messing with for all I know. Not something I'm gonna go crazy about just yet, risky as it already is lol.

Yeah, it's no different functionally from logging on 2 different accounts.

The only real differences are shared cash shop & storage, and both will deny access for the second character to try to use them... you can only have one char at a time in either.

Hmmm... if they bothered to make sure storage and cs are safe... maybe this new double-login thing is actually "working as intended"?
That is to say, they decided that the fix for the "already logged in" bug would be to allow the same account multiple logins.
But they are not advertising this feature because... ?

It doesn't work perfectly (if you try to open storage on 2 chars at once, one of them gets locked up and can't move maps or talk to NPCs - you need to relog to get it functional)... and since you can't go on the same character twice anyway (it just disconnects you after you enter the PIN) it won't solve the already logged in issue completely.
