There's no Witch Belt exchange or Olivia crap this year, but whoever copy+pasted the info in their original announcement didn't know that apparently.

They don't I tried. Weird thing is a few Malay mobs do and Showa mobs did a little for me. But no Ninja Castle or anything else.I sense that this was not well planned at all and was intended to be betterMonocle

OH. Thanks, never tried it that way. Always just double-clicked items to wear them.

By the way, if you have a zakum helm on, there is no zombie effect.
