Are the event implemented yet? If yes, do the tokens drop from singapore mobs?

I don't know for sure about Singapore, but Malaysian mobs drop tokens so I assume all World Tour mobs do.

Yes I do there was the 404 error as I said in my last post if there something else wrong besides the error then PLEASE explain smart ass.

I prefer there being something v. hard to get but worth getting to nothing worth getting thats easy to get (Since I already have 4 better rings, and yes, I know the majority doesn't.)

There were two different scrolls last time: Normal With Scrolls and Witch's Belt Scrolls.

Yeah the 300-400 HP is AWESOME for ranged classes. ^5 to Nexon on this one. ...Though chances are Nexon'll pull some BS and go "woops! Sorry folks, the rings aren't supposed to be stackable!" And destroy our hopes and dreams ;_;

It's even more awesome that each ring gives +50 more HP/MP with Decent HB, least for me. so it's essentially +3/3/3/3, +450 HP/MP. Really nice IMHO.
