Does anyone know where this image came from?

i've been trying to find this map or something similar to this map

it's basically the little crescent moon you see in my signature (which i took off henesys.com long ago)

it's also found right here

(if i remember right, this was on/for bannedstory)

i'm trying to make a new signature
but i cant seem to find that anywhere

I believe that is the moon in the background of Haunted House and Hollowed Ground.
