Nexon Wrote:Dear Players,

Effective September 10th, 2010, we will no longer be accepting the Ultimate Game Cards from PayByCash as payment for NX Cash. All other payment methods, including Nexon Game Cards, will continue to be accepted. For a full list of payment options, please visit our NX Cash page.

Thank you,

Why not? They didn't get rid of Nexon Game Cards, they got rid of the PayByCash game cards.

Wal-mart has no NX cards, only Ultimate Game Cards and every other damn card out there(Gaia, RunEscape, OGPlanet, GPotato, etc.).
In fact, NX cards are the only cards missing from Wal-mart.

Lol. I went to a couple places locally, and they said they had to restock on Nexon cards everyday as opposed to all the other cards once a month, excluding ultimate game cards.

On topic:
There was this Walgreens I get ultimate game cards for 50% off since there's the biggest pile and absolutely no one buys them (and I sort of know the manager). Better take advantage of that.

...WHAT. How much does Nexon earn off of each card, then, if Walgreens is willing to discount them? :l

That's pretty simple: Total cost to nexon per card: 20 cents tops(?) since they're likely to be mass produced. If someone sells them for 10 dollars normally, or even discounts them to 5... then they still make a big profit... not as big as the full price, but it's still a profit.

That kind of sucks, I guess I better go delete my information with UGC since they are useless now in the only aspect I've every used them for.

I don't really like the Ultimate Game Cards, seeing that they have prices on the cards that don't match the ones on the website. I bought one once and never got it since. I usually get Nexon cards from GameStop (I miss buying from Target because they did not tax cards and recently was allowed team member discounts when they were discontinued there...)
