Can someone confirm about whether you can only claim one level range package per account?

Yes. I got the 10 reset package on my ring mule, leveled to 50, got the 15 package. Can't get any more resets.

What if you have already received the 20 & 15 reset package but don't have a level 30 character and you create a new level 30 character? Will you receive a 10 reset package?

I received a package on my level 104 Hermit after the patch, then I made a Dual Blade and got the package for him being level 30 then after I got a package for my level 56 Gunslinger.

Yay. Time to wash that AP I put in to HP!

I got a package on my pirate, DB, and Page. 20/15/10 AP resets appropriately and used 25 AP resets so far. Feels good man. Still got my 11x Hermit to check out.

I got 20/15/10 AP resets as well...but I'll be hella busy in the next week. I need to make another ring mule AND level 5 times so I can use all the resets (I already used 20) Guess I'll work on ring mule first since I have more time for the AP resets.
