Notedly, there's also the trouble of having enough excess mp to drain. For example: 4th job corsairs can have... at the VERY least level*18+111 MP. So if you dont have enough MP above that amount, you can't take the points out of MP and thus can't HP wash. Because of this, it's important to have int gear (such as the int from a Zhelm) to boost the MP you gain when you level up.

I've read this thread a couple of times now but still don't see a clear answer for the SP resets. Are they resetting one point or the entire job of points? xd
