Hey guys!
Well....its the time of the year again where we await the dreaded AP score reports to come to our mailboxes via snail mail (and see whether we make it or break it, if you know what I mean. Or if you're feeling anxious, you can pony up $8 and get your scores by phone early, which I did )
This thread is intended for you (Southperricans) to share your AP scores as you desire. This is NOT the place to flaunt your ego, act all mighty, etc. There has been no problem in last year's thread, so I'm not gonna say much except....asking you guys to keep this thread as civilized as possible.
FYI, West Coast states will start receiving their scores on the week of July 5th, and it will "roll" eastward. East Coast states receive their scores the latest.
Also, if you wish, feel free to post your previous years' exam scores.

My scores (2009 and 2010 AP Exams):
2009 AP Exam:
- AP European History - 5
2010 AP Exams
- AP U.S. History - 5* (expected this)
- AP Calculus AB - 5* (YES!!)
- AP Chemistry - 4* (well...guess my luck ran out on this test)
- AP English 3 (Language and Composition) - 4* (YES!!)
Opomegranate, totally forgot about these. I'm now petrified about my Calc scores. D: Felt good when I took them, now I'm expecting a 3 or something. ;-; I'll get back to you when I get my scores.
Why do they still mail them out? This is the 21st century, and mailing is expensive. Post them online with your AP testing code thing as a login. D:

Well, do realize that AP Exams aren't as convienent/flexible as SAT I/IIs are in terms of online registration/score postings. They are given once a year, and usually schools do the messy work in getting you registered, sending in paperwork through...you guessed it, snail mail. Individuals cannot register themselves for the AP Exam (you need to find a school who's willing to administer the exam for you)
And for security purposes as well as convenience, they are sent by mail. Even in this modern era, some people still don't have access to the interwebz.

Those are fantastic scores. Quit your groveling - you're so Asian . Congratulations!

Let's see if I can remember this off the top of my head...
2007 AP Exams:
- AP U.S. Government - 3
2008 AP Exams:
- AP U.S. History - 4
- AP English Language/Composition - 4
2009 AP Exams:
- AP Chemistry - 4
- AP Calculus BC - 5
- AP Biology - 4
I was thoroughly happy with them, as the subjects I needed good scores in I received 4s and 5s, and as I received the top rewards for those scores from my university, higher ones wouldn't have really mattered. Glad to be worrying about COLLEGE classes now instead of AP exams .
@ Dan: You know how Asian parents go: always wanting more "bang for their buck" (if they got their kids into tutoring classes) and "perfection" . To tell you the truth, I don't have the same mindset as my parents, I set my own goals and take responsbility for it. And hey, the 5 AP scores I have now will be a very nice addition to my college admissions profile. As long I get 4's and 5's (majority being 5s, hopefully) and no 3's, I'm set. =D

APs are NOT a part of the general school system. They are a specialized test set to match an advanced curriculum only offered at certain schools across the nation. APs do NOT reflect success in college or life, do not put such emphasis on these scores, sure it is great to do good, but most students don't even have the option to take them. I am honored to be a part of our school's first and only AP English 12 class, which is the first time any AP has been offered.

Ha, at my school AP Lit is such a joke.
However, AP Lang is hard as crap.
(AP Lang is for juniors and AP Lit is for seniors)
