If you were too high when they were released, and you can participate now it's technically new?

Of course there will be new PQs outside of the raised level restrictions. The PQs are a key feature of Maple.

the "new party quests" are the updated PQs. most non-competitive PQs have been changed, some drastically. we still have not figured out ludibrium PQ yet. the level 200 restriction is tespia-only; they have done it in the past as well.

All this is in KMST right now so...

1.- "We" get only the exp change and all the other stuff is screwed
2.- "We" get a a surprise from Nexon saying "We are granting all these wishes"

I hope we get 2

You can't browse it unless you are logged in to a Tespia account.

Yeah, kMS notices always look really nice. The graphical notices in gMS are totally sloppy, I think Nexon uses Bannedstory or the blank GM map or something and doesn't get how transparency works.

those are actually basic photoshop stuff. but since it's simple, and glossy looking, that's why it look like well made.

The level cap on PQs were probably changed so that people actually have a chance at getting the PQ Mania medal. It is one of the strongest permanent medals so everyone should have access to it.

Basic =/= Bad

A good work of art is defined by how the final consumer sees it, not by how hard the artist worked on it.

A work that is at the same time simple and successful is better than a complicated and successful one.

Of course. "Basic". That means you can do it too. So go ahead, make one up.
