In general it is pap theme. They probably added extra sound effects to it though.

Pap's theme is called TimeAttack. Not sure about the other one.

Pap's theme is 'Time Attack.'
Deep Inside the Clocktower's is 'Wherever You Are,' same as the Path of Time.

Hmm. Turns out I don't like the Pap one so much after all. CPQ killed that for me.

Clocktower one is nice though.

Just a heads up, it looks like that the LowGradeOre BGM was replaced with a new one.

Sounds a lot more fitting in my opinion.

I wonder if it was because of some copyright issues (?) or they just didn't like the old one.

LowGradeOre was one of the best BGM's they composed. The new one is completely boring.
I think that it's such a crime to remove that BGM from the game. They should put that in Leben, that has a very annoying BGM after some hours listening to it.

Well, after looking up a bit. Looks like the reason was copyright issues. You can see on that video a comment regarding the FF9 Myst World song. A song, to be considered plagiarism, must have 8 consecutive notes equal to the compared song IIRC. Maybe that was the case, the song refered in that comment would have notes equal to that, and that would have caused copyright issues. Other than that, the song was beautiful enough not to be REMOVED from the game. If it wasn't something like that, they'd just move the song to another place of Leben, since a lot of maps share the same song from the beginning of the mine.

Also, I agree that the old LowGradeOre was a really nice BGM (loved the violin part), even I find this one more fitting. The new one sounds a little weird, too, imo.

But yeah, it they made a second BGM and replaced it, making the old one just a waste of money and time, there should've been a more important reason than just "they didn't like the old one". Even because, if they really didn't like it, they could've just left the old one in some maps, while using the new one for most of the Leben Mine ones.
