"Please Take" is what google translate gives you if you copy that in. 'Please give me something to do' sounds like the more reasonable conclusion based on the picture.

We haven't gotten very far either, so that doesn't help. And I don't know what "Goshujin Samani" means either.

It's not a question. She's saying, "私のご主人様になってください。。。" That means, "Please be my master..."
