It actually sticks better than many might imagine. I found this on the internet and was pretty skeptical, but putting them near the back corner seems like a good spot. I tried bumping or shoving my desk, it didn't budge.

If you do this multiple times down the side of your desk, your wires will not be tangled, but it requires a few more clips

Good idea! The only wire I use something special for is the Mac power cord since it is notorious for falling off a desk when not in use. Because the tip is magnetic, I use a magnetic paper holder to keep it on the desk at all times.

Hmm, I might actually do this. I've so many wires that I always end up losing them in the tangles mess. They'll still get tangled, but at least they'll be easier to untangle when I have one of the ends.
