World Transfer Questions

Hey guys. Some friends and I were planning on world transfering, untill I read the limitations. My question regards the limitation, "If your account shows any record of abuse in game you may not transfer your character to a new server." My account was temp-banned a long time ago for what nexon called "misconduct." But what really happened was, nexon didn't like my ign. A gm chatted me and said I was being temporary banned for my ign and so I was. Later on in maple, instead of temp banning people with horrid igns, they just changed them. I guess my question is, can I world transfer if ive been temp-banned, even though i shouldnt have been temp-banned?

If you're off rankings then you can't world transfer. But if you're still on ranks you might be able to transfer, knowing Nexon you won't be able to.

There were many IGNs GMs wouldnt like on EMS and they didnt get banned. =`

I was able to get to the part that says "You don't have enough nx prepaid." Do you think the unable to transfer prompt is before or after this part?

Pretty sure I'd be after, since the Cash check is for all items prior to purchase. Any other checks would come afterwards.
