How long did you grind?

How long have you grinded to accomplish a goal? Yesterday, I created a sin to try it out, and grinded to 30 then CPQed against myself to 50. That took about 28 hours. =\

I figured out I messed it up, deleted it, and started a new one. He's level 23 now (things to do, not entirely free today), and I hope to hit 40 tomorrow.

What about you guys? =P

I'm not a really hardcore grinder and I don't really have many goals in MS, except getting a character to 120.

I got to lv45 in 2 years on my old cleric.

I can't grind for more than 4 hours straight x_X

I saw an equip I wanted in the FM but it was 8m more than I had. So I kind of jokingly asked if anyone would lend me 8m and one of my guildmates did. I spent an entire weekend, three 8-hour days at coolie zombies and raised enough money in those three days to pay him back.

wow thats sad that it took you that long to get 8m when was this and what lvl were you? I can make 8m from 0 in about 8 hrs of hoodooing (assuming drops are dropping)

Heh, think the last time I borrowed anything was a couple months ago, and I Just paid back yesterday... Well I didn't really borrow I went on my friend's account to zak and used 2 of his apples. Even though I had them for a while, idk I'm just sometimes bad paying back. Kind of an pimento with money. I guess usually when I ask my guild to borrow a bit for a new equips I can pay back in a few days at least.

On topic: I think it was around 9 hours from like 99-102.

I did about 20 hours once, when Bellocan opened I trained a Magician to level 31 in 1 day, without funds.

Played since 3ish weeks after official release, highest level is 64. GG me. I had a DK, level 93, but it was actually my cousin's... so....

I hope to make my new sin my highest level, but that never goes so well. -wants a fun, new class like pirates-

Well, I quitted for a year, but who cares. I'm still PRO.

My record was something like 5-6 hours at v/h (lol!) with my good friend/in-game wife. It was during that July 4th 2x event thing. Before then, my record was probably around 4 hours on my last char during 2x card times.

I can be online almost all day and still be fine, but more than 2 hours of grinding? Forget about it!

Oh and, took me like a year and a half to get to 104, but the second time around I think it's been around 2 months or less 1-93, and no 2x cards either. Good equips and a good build make all the difference.

Last x-mas break I spent the whole two weeks getting from 60~70, and spent about 4 weeks getting from 80~90 over the summer.

I can't grind for over 4 hours, but I can kill for quests up to 9 hours straight without feeling the "bleh" I do after 4 hours of grinding. O_o;

I don't know why, maybe because I feel I achieved more at the end of the quest. XP

i did 18hrs of grinding on maple bday, only 10min break for dinner and such came back went again ROFL

my chars where.. took my shadower 14months to hit 120, MY NL about 10~11 months to hit 120. Level 132 atm., and im working on a spearman atm slacking...June right no 57 >.<

If you read my post, I created a character in 2006 and got it to 56. It's still 56. Took me 2 years to do that. I sometimes get headaches after a while, but something somewhere said sitting in the same place for a period of timemakes your prone to headaches, so I reposition myself every now and then and it's much easier.

You know I thought I at least had a place among the ranks of the slowest levelers, but you guys even beat me at that . Started Nov '05 and my highest lvl is 97 with no characters other than that one having reached the second job and having taken no breaks more that 2 weeks the entire time.

But in all seriousness, I find it odd how I can't really get into grinding; moreso recently. I used to be able to do an 8 hour day waaaaay back when I was hunting for my Nep Honey and such. These days I can't even stand up for 2 hours. Which is odd since not long ago it was my job to play the same game with a completion time of 6 hours for 8 hours a day for 3 months strait. Meh, I dunno why I'm so selective with my repetitive activities.

Oh and lvl 90 at new years this year and lvl 97 right now. Less than one lvl up a month FTW!!
