How old are you that you can't spend the money your parents gave you to spend on something you want? Anyway, Just tell them you'd use it on MTS, the money you earn is permanent. You have to consider the cost of monster crystals on your item's price. Even if you are getting them yourself through hunting, they still could have been sold.

You could also never upgrade your equips and hold on to the money you would have spent.

it varies a LOT depending in the situation, buffs, class, etc

for example:

In mapleSEA the piramid PQ had a glitch, it made you get 400% even if oyu were outside of the quest, this made bowmasters the highest DPQ class at that time, as they could hit 100k+ with critical using hurricane

but that is a glitch and glitches arent permanent (exept GMS ones ¬_¬)
I will say.. umm.... that the highest one would be a dexless sin with taos and a godly scrolled kandayo

but the DPS doesnt matter if you have fun with your class

1.You complain a lot. I’ve read a lot of your posts on SW, and from what I see, you complain about a variety of subjects. You complain about nobody accepting you into their PQs. You complain about having no money, yet your friends are generous enough to lend you some. You complain about the lack of connections or friends. You complain about your damage. It annoys me.

2.You get ahead of yourself. You’re level 55, and have already restarted what…4-5 times now? Stop obsessing about playing the most powerful class. From what I see, you’ve made your characters depending on how “strong” they are, and then switch to other characters if you think another one is “better”. Stop worrying so much about dealing a lot of damage at endgame. To be completely honest, I don’t have faith in you and don’t believe you’ll reach those levels based on your current attitude. Play a class you think is fun and stick to it. Stop switching whenever new information/classes are released and maybe you’ll get there.

3.You bite more than you can swallow. From what I see, you’re poor. If you’re poor and can barely get together the money to buy potions, don’t be dexless.

4.You don’t do research on the right things. You ask a lot of simple questions that can all be answered by reading other topics or doing a simple Google search. Southperry members are willing to help, but we aren’t pigeons; running around to fetch you information. Stop researching which class is better, and start researching where to train, how to socialize, etc.

5. You don’t seem to be willing to do hard work.

You decide you need to get everyone's opinions or knowledge on a matter that has been asked at least 5 dozen times in the last month, just to be more up to date. You created this thread to find out which class is the highest DPS, even though that is common knowledge and if you couldnt for whatever reason find it via a search, should have gone into... MAPLE Q & A... you know, where you ask questions. Or Amherst, since you may as well be starting off new. Then you started asking questions that are difficult to precisely answer, like how to make money. There is a guide for that, but its still general guidelines. because no matter what you do in game to make money, other people are going to do it too, and if too many people do 1 thing to make money for too long, then it stops being good money and you have to be able to figure out a new money making method on your own. Nothing is going to be lucrative quickly, because if there were a way to get a bunch of money fast, wouldnt everyone be insanely rich? But then, the money that you could get doing whatever existed wouldnt be rich anyway, since that would be relative.

Just pick a class and play it. Play it during the good times and the bad times. Play it no matter what happens. Someone who has played a class and learned how to use it will be ten times better than some guy who has a bunch of money and godly stuff.

I'd say stick with the corsair. You're on the right track for picking the class with the best dps.

Soon you'll learn the disadvantages of being a corsair but hopefully you'll stick to the class because you develop a attachment to the class like me. O.o

Oh yeah about your money troubles. Somehow scrape up $10 from your lunch money or w/e. Save up like a dollar periodically. Then, go to a store that sells NX (like Rite-Aid I believe? I don't buy NX so idk) and pick up a $10 card. Then use the 10,000 NX and observe work glove prices in MTS. Buy the gloves you think are cheap and sell for the price certain people always put their WGs for. If you merchant work gloves buying them at the low end of MTS price and selling them for the high end, you rake in some NX pretty quickly. If you need mesos, purchase a chaos scroll and sell in MTS entrance for 100-120m, however much it costs in your home world.

There is one problem, you are relying on people to teach you everything. Some things can't be taught, they need to be learned through exerience.

Attitude is everything, and I'm afraid you haven't shown yourself in the best light. When teased, you rush to your own defense, and say how you can start a new persona just by using an IP changer and a programs that changes your writing style (which don't exist, unless you're talking about l33tt4lk generators.) I really dislike the aura you give off, and hope you can improve on that.

Social skills are hard to learn, but the first thing you need to do is learn to control your anger, and to think twice before saying something. I don't understand why you're so obsessed about dealing the most damage in this game. Are you trying to prove yourself? Are you just trying to make friends? If it's just the latter, keep in mind that being a high level does not necessarily mean you're going to have great friends. I'm a weak little noob strutting around Bera, yet I have some very nice friends who will help me out when I need the help. How did I make these friends? It's quite easy to be friendly and socialize in this game, and I'm sure you can do it.
