Class rebalancing v2?

The rebalancing seems to be quite good. However, there's one thing I've been thinking about for a few weeks.
I think KMS could also add skills that level as you level, passive skills. You get them, whether you like it or not. You can't put points into them, that will happen passively. Like when you reach lv180, a 'passive skill' also levels up.

Another Blessing of the Spirit? I don't know... It could work, but it might not, depending on what type of skills.

It's an idea but I don't see the point. Though they could take it somewhere I suppose.

It would infact help the game get more depth. As an example, a lvl 18X night lords shadowpartner could be very different from a lvl 80 one. Passive shadow mastery!

I think it should be for like level 150+ if you ask me. Grinding to level 200 with all your main skills maxed from lv 150+/- doesn't give you motivation to train. Some people argue leveling past 180 is pointless, well perhaps not anymore.

I just can't think of decent examples to show it could be awesome pomegranate.

They could make me stop stabbing so much... I mean, I've used BWs for 4 years. I know they do less damage if I stab. Why do I still stab?
