Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they say the highest exp rate it'll go is 4x? with card and family 2x buff? I don't see as many people buying these if that's the case; it's a tad more expensive and lasts only 2 hours. I mean I'd rather buy the normal 2x 4 hour cards with rotating around family 2x buffs for 4x than this.

Since the description for the 3x card is "For Test," I think it's safe to assume that the 3x card was mistakenly copied over from their test server and we won't be seeing it in v0.80.
