The Evan event for att/matt glasses runs from 17.12.2009 ~ 31.05.2010.
Aran Ring Event ends (in KMS) on December 31 2009.

I wonder, if the next Legend class will be around this date as the topic title. Considering that Evan class was basically around the time that Aran's Ring event ends.

Any takes?

I'd probably say no, because they are currently spending time on re-balancing the Adventurers. On the other hand they could have enough people to do both re-balance as well as come up with the next Legend Class, so I'm going with yes.

I'm 75% sure they will have the next Legend class announced by then.

It sounds logical. Adventurer patches in January. Big patch in March. ??? for May

As Fiel said, it sounds Logical. As such we know it won't happen.
Didn't Nexon say they were releasing some new 4th job content in the spring, and going for a new class in the summer? Although if we're talking Tespia premier....

5 months after the release of Evan seems too soon to me. on the on the other hand, more legends means more storyline so I have mixed feelings >.<

Arans came out 5 months after CKs in GMS.

Cygnus hit kMS 18th(?) of December '08.
Aran hit kMS 22nd(?) of July or June '09. (always mix the two)
Evan hit kMS 17th(?) of December '09.

Cygnus -> Aran = 6 or 7 months
Aran -> Evan = 5 or 6 months

5 months for another legend doesn't seem unreasonable.
If they plan to keep it in Tespia for more than a month, see Aran, 5 months from now for a Tespia launch is perfectly reasonable.

They have already said that they are planning to release a new class in the Spring, and probably another one after. I think they will eventually unite all of the new jobs and put them under the title "Legend", just like Adventurers.

Though that is a possibility (look at the new character class selection screen, the backgrounds for both Legends are of the same colour, orange) I seriously doubt it. Their storylines are too different to be put together.

Not really too different. During the beginning of the Aran quest chain, Lillin asks you, "Now which legend are you...? Hmmm..." until she finds out that you were the polearm legend. I think it's pretty easy to integrate things from there.

I mean, starting off. You create the character. How does the game know which Legend you'd want to be?

Another thing: Evans aren't Legends. (Or are they? Haven't been reading up much on them.) Even if more Legends are released, I don't see how they'd fit them ending up starting off in Rien or something. Unless they add an extension to Aran's intro. Say, you decide which Legend you want to be when you start off rescuing the little boy thousands of years ago.

I thought Evan was a legend because that li'l dragon chose hime specifically to be his master.

Evan is a legend, and I'd imagine each legend gets their own seperate storyline for how they come back into the Maple world.

Oi.

It's an eye accessory that you get across quite a bit of levels.

At level 30, you get the actual glasses, 30 HP/MP with 5 slots.
At level 50 & 60, you get a scroll for the glasses that add +1 STR/DEX/INT/LUK
At level 80 & 100, you get a scroll for the glasses that add +1 WATT +2 MATT

At the end it should be:
2 STR
2 DEX
2 INT
2 LUK
2 WATT
4 MATT
30 HP
30 MP
1 slot left!

Do these have the same property as Lilin's Ring where they are transferrable within the same account? If so, I would imagine people would skip the lvl 50 and lvl 60 scrolls and delete/recreate the Evan 3 times so they can scroll all 5 slots with the lvl 80/100 scrolls.
