Using Vic scrolls from Rien

I searched for this, but didn't turn up anything promising.
Sorry if someone else has already posted this.

Victoria Island scrolls work in Rien. I returned to Nautilus from Rien on my Aran. :f6:
No, the trip isn't that long, but I thought it was an interesting tidbit.
Not sure if anybody actually carries Vic scrolls anymore tho...

Interesting. Town scrolls are cheaper than the Rien-boat-scammer, so that's another plus.

I always carry at least 100 to each town on all my characters. And I think you can use them from Ereve too?

Rien and Erev both count as part of Victoria Island. I found this out day one.

Oh wow, I wish I had known about this stuff when I was doing those stupid skill quests on my Aran. Woulda saved me like 15-20 minutes considering all the times I've taken the Rien and Erev boats.

For all the chars you have who aren't Arans, using the 3 Rien passes from the "Aran Returns" quest and then using town scroll is basically a free VIP rock back to Victoria from Zak/Pap.

Except you can't do that to Erev. But yeah, this thread has covered all the exploitable glitches regarding the boat rides.

I know that, and it's awesome.

I'm learning new stuff everyday.

I just did not try it, because of the non-warp-ability between NLC and Victoria Island.

The only reason why it works between Rien-Victoria and Ereve-Victoria is because they're under Map1 in Map.wz. (Map1 = Victoria Island maps)

While NLC is under the Masteria category. (Map6) Which explains why you can go from Amoria to NLC.
