I was contemplating over if I should play it or not, since I don't like being sucked into games (especially when Maplestory already has a hold on me), but I ended up watching more gameplay videos after looking for Zephyr's request.

DFO just reduced the EXP curve to make it amazingly easy to level. Also they added a new tutorial. Great time to start.

Play JDnF, far better than DFO, more content, same exp curve, and i think you already know japanese so that might not be an issue!

If someone does not have region issues, why would he/she play a foreign version of DF? If you play DFO, you get to be involved with the community, PvP and dungeon with great people you already know, have much greater access to help, etc.

I know you have region issues, which is why I started with that. You're a different case.

Just saying I would much rather play with my Southperry bros, who I already know quite well. Had many great experiences with members here already. More content is not always everything. Besides, we'll get that content eventually.

Iono man. I was really into it for a good two or three weeks, but then I just stopped playing. I should start playing again, since Monks get all the cool skills after level 30 and I'm only 26. I don't think I gave it enough of a chance, really.
