Disconnects Investigation

We’re aware that some players are experiencing disconnect or latency issues across our games. We have narrowed down the issue to a potential hardware fix, which we will be implementing beginning 5:45PM Pacific (8:45PM Eastern) tonight. The process should not take longer than an hour, and while this should not affect players, we wanted to give you a heads up in case you see some effects of this investigation.

They didn't start 'till now, which is 6:16 pm PST.

Anyways, I hope they fix the lag. It was worse than the lag I get during 2x events.

Must be why certain channels are crashing...

I love how they say "and while this should not affect players" and yet the whole games crashed and I cant log in.

i bet thats the hardware they changed last week to improve server power. i told them that buying used 256kb sticks was a bad idea.

Hmmm. I didn't DC today but i lagged like pomegranate. I died 5 times when training because of lag, burned 2 times more pots and wasting a 30 min. family 2x exp.

God, no wonder. I was CPQing during that time and d/c'd thrice during the rounds. Hefty lag (Nexon) is hefty.

Getting sick of the lag, but the badly timed SC's are annoying as well (cutting in on my 2x cards + HT). Hopefully this gets fixed for good though.

I wonder if they'll mess it up again, like the last server check.

Anyone think there'll be rollback?

They really need to inform players in game about their surprise SCs. There better not be a rollback. I spent all day hunting monster cards just for the Spirit Diviner Medal.

I was one map behind Dragon Forest I and full potted. Upon relogging, I am in the pot store with the money I used to buy the pots. PirateIzzy seems to have lost his WG, and Spidey lost 10%.

I think there needs to be at least some compensation to be done; especially for cases like losing items.
