Since Shoe for Att is a new scroll I doubt Vega's scroll will work on them.

I'm sure the ring quest won't let you get a better ring unless you have the ring in you inventory, so you have to lose the weaker ring.

Given that Vega's scroll has a sword on it, I'm betting it will only work with weapon scrolls and not others therefore making the shoe att scroll ineligible.

im hoping the shoe att scrolls will be like the witch belt scrolls and only work on a special xmas shoe or something...
