What the heck? Do they normaly put up the notice the patch is done before the notice for the patch anyways?

Lately they haven't been putting any substance into their notices. It's just, (insert version number here) is now live!/is now released! or something like that. They normally do.

It's fake None of the NPCs on the wallpaper are on there.

especially within a few hours of patch starting till a couple after it starts. i personally think that somewhere either as the game is going down, or just a little way into the patch is when the rest of the info they have for us will be posted. but thats just me.
