I'm not keen on NPC's, but isn't there one named 'Vega'

This is the same for some of you who joined in the last page or two.

Vega is just a scroll selling person, she's in Kerning Swamp or Ludi Tower, forgot which, even the icon thing shows it.

So I doubt it has much to do with only pet equips.

EDIT: Also, I think it just might be for weapons only, seeing as they only have, what looks like, a Glory Sword* there.

If that's weapon related, then the Vicious Hammers should have something to do with Maker or item creation and they don't. Applying logic to Nexon like this is a bad idea.

You could answer both of those by using vicious instead of vega.

Exactly, for all we know it could be a buff type skill scroll (like Maple Warrior or Echo) where the 10%/60% is for the added attack/stats it gives you for a certain amount of time.

I think it's pretty obvious that it's used on weapons at this point.

Very Important Question:

I'm really not that funded in Khaini, I literally JUST bought a Regular Shop Permit, today..
And I am selling all the things I don't need for my main or my future Aran..

But, with the crappy funds and items I have for my Aran (not very prepared, just standard common equips)
Should I stay in Khaini, or start an Aran in Galicia?
(I kinda have an image of the future of my account in Khaini, all my characters in 3rd or 4th job, all there for a reason whatever I feel like doing in Khaini that day.. training, mobbing, bossing, money-making, item-hunting, questing.. etc.)

don't start an aran in galicia, everything warrior-related is expensive enough in other servers, galicia will have a freaking aran overload lol

Glacia might be fun just because there'll be so many people flocking to the server and EVERYONE will be in the same boat as you.

If there's a 24/7 2x Event for the new server I might make an Aran in Galacia and then move it to Bera. Be cheaper than buying a 2x card.
