This is how full KMS' new server that came with Aran was like a day after Aran came out.

I'd be really happy if scania was empty after the patch because everyone went make their new chars at Galicia.

Hmm, maybe JUST MAYBE, it's just a regular scroll but it gives the stats of a 60/10% scroll on whatever item you use it on? Like it's just an nx form of say a 60% 2H-Sword ATT, or 10%.
And obviously for weapons only. Pretty stupid idea, but you'll never know.

but that doesn't work since there are multiple forms for weapons (accuracy, 1h sword matk, etc)

Depending on the price it coooooould be good, but knowing nexon it'd be too expensive to fit the mesos/nx ratio people have....
if it was 500 NX for the 60% It'd be cheaper for claws...
but for me, using knuckles, it'd have to be below 180NX for it to be worth it....

Just the new server was that populated, but most of the servers were more or equally populated than Scania is in GMS during peak times.

The vega scroll looks a lot like a skillbook. Maybe it'll level up our reverse items at a certain rate?

Galicia was also the test server world in JMST when it existed. As with any other world, it got put into KMS, then GMS, etc etc etc. Just a world though.

Not ruling out the possibility, but the odds of it being pet instead of gear or weapons seems unlikely.
