That does make sense, especially since they aren't going to explode your cash item. However, it'd be sad to spend money on scrolls for something only to have to rescroll it in 90 days. I'm betting that they'll have some way you can get a permanent pet equip.

FTP isn't up and likely won't be up until tomorrow evening.
