Between Dark Scroll for Topwear for Luk and Scroll for Topwear for Luk 30%?

Well, I would assume that one would be a 10/60% scroll and the other is a 30/70 but if they both say 30% then perhaps there was a name mistitled or something like that. Kinda like how back in the day I think "50% Shield Mag Atk" actually only had a 30% chance of working or something.

They're the same. There have been a few screenshots of the items.

its one of the glitches from when they "copied" the KMS encryption... in KMS they % is in the name and in our old data the originals are just dark scrolls in the name, they are the same thing just the dark one is older and the 30% in the name one was gacha'd/dropped (do they drop from anything yet?) after the update

You also can't put Scroll for Topwear for Luk 30% in the MTS, well at least for the Scroll for Bottomwear for Dex 30% I couldn't =/.

Yes and "Scroll" doesn't add the secondary stat. Scroll adds just +3 LUK and nothing else, while Dark Scroll adds +3 LUK and another stat (I forget which). The same situation exists for Bottomwear DEX, there is a Scroll (which gives Dex and Accuracy) and Dark Scroll (which gives Dex and Speed). I hope this cleared up all confusion =].

But the thing is, I GOT BOTH IN ONE DAY (in fact, I got one, a bottom dex, then the other), meaning you have a better chance of getting a scroll like that than any others.

Also, considering the luk is the point of the scroll, they should be worth about the same anyway, no?

Yes, for Luk they should be worth the same... I cannot say the same for the bottomwear dex scrolls.

Yes. I've been scrolling tons of pants and tops recently... mainly because there are a lot more scrolls now, which is handy.

the 30% topwear luk scrolls are worth the same. The 2 different 30% bottom dex scrolls can be priced different due to one give +speed and the other give + acc.

I do prefer the naming of these new scrolls though, so I hope they apply it to all the others.

See above, there is a difference. They add different stats and one cannot be added to MTS yet.
