Wow, holy crap. The Eusine battle in Cianwood is complete BS.

All of his Pokemon have been raised two levels from Crystal, and you're pretty much screwed if you don't have a ground type. Electrode's Thunderbolt will pretty much rape your entire team even if it's resistant to it. If that isn't enough, Drowzee will annoy you with Hypnosis + Dream Eater, or Haunter with Curse.

Used Quilava as my starter this time. Hypnosis never connected, which was an easy pick off. Electrode only used Thunderbolt once; it was basically 2 turns of wasted moves for it before that. Killed off Haunter with Flaaffy.

And how did you get through Morty Tikey? His Gengar is ACTUALLY DECENT and can kick you ass in the remake because Shadow Ball runs off Sp. Atk now...

Nm... Used Flaffy as fodder while he Twave'd the Gengar, and let Kadabra finish off.

Alright, now that I can run lv 50 or lower pokemon now, I guess I should trade my Lucario in clocked at a lower level of course.. Anyone want to volunteer?

HG/SS's only good Water Poke is only available on Thursdays (Lapras), and I rather have more type coverage fighting Pokemon (Lucario). Plus Lucario will be able to take care of Jasmine (that sounds so wrong, considering shes the hottest in Johto) without a sweat because of Aura Sphere.

How do you move Pokemon into roms? O_o...

Also, I disagree. Slowpoke/slowbro is a good/better water type than Lapras IMO O_o. Okay, it can't learn Thunderbolt, but it has better availability.

Slowbro is a tank, not a sweeper. Its only good in competitive play..

Oh, I'm at the Radio tower now, going through Team Rocket now..
Jasmine went down extremely easy as predicted. Man, Aura Sphere is overpowered..

Also, the Eusine battle went smoothly, but I picked the wrong pokemon vs Electrode.. My Quilava had to Flamethrower it twice to bring it down (Yes, I brought a TM35 from my Platinum save over, sue meh) instead of me sending out Lucario to easily OHKO it..

Plus, I ran into Raikou, but ran cause I knew it would kick my ass even though it has a high tendency to run.

Finally.. My Typhlosion has been reduced to HM Slave status.. Poor starter..

It seems as if you people always have problems beating Gym Leaders/The Elite 4 when you have a team full of strong Pokemon, instead of 1 Pokemon being SUPER AWESOME STRONG. Whereas I, with 1 SUPER AWESOME STRONG Pokemon, never have any trouble at all......

lolGoldSilver. I remembered playing the G/S/C metagame on NB, that was the shizniz. The remake seems interesting. Sure will be getting ROM, since I'm not a huge Pokemon fanboy like I used to be -shrug- :/ I still can't imagine playing G/S with EVs, natures, and IVs and all of that, lol, this'll be interesting. I'm looking forward to seeing my Pokemon walk with me though. I always wanted a goddamn Typhlosion or Dragonite next to me.

I actually did that on my Emerald version. Had a level 9x Blaziken (no trading) before I even got to the Elite 4. The Hoenn Gym Leaders and Elite 4 are a joke.

If that's really your team, btw, nicely done. No OUs, I think. Those are all either UUs or Borderline (based from NB's database from R/S/E when I played actively anyways). OUs = loloverkill
