By the way, JUDGEMENT != JUDGMENT

I can make up a few betters skills right now.

Lightning Driver: Passive upgrade to Chain Lightning. It increases the initial hit and improves the damage done to linked enemies.

Level 1: 185 base attack, 71% damage to chained enemies
Level 30: 330 base attack, 100% damage to chained enemies

Savage Step(shadower): Attacks the enemy multiple times by quickly running back and forth.(Get it, it hits 6 times like savage blow but attacks like boomerang step)
Level 1: 150% damage, 2 hits, 1 enemy
Level 30: 300% damage, 6 hits, 4 enemies

Combo Infusion(Hero): Takes the combo orbs saved up and uses it to increase the power of combo strike.
Level 1: 10 orbs used, 20% increase for 10 seconds
Level 30: 5 orbs used, 80% increase for 40 seconds

Combo Strike(Hero): Uses the power of combo orbs to increase in power.
Level 1:100% damage
Level 10: 200% damage

The way the Hero skills work is when you save enough orbs you use combo infusion and after a very short animation your damage is increased. It stacks, too!

See, some semi-decent skills that continue with the theme of the class without breaking it.

Level 1 would have 100% plus whatever you get from combos. So if you have level 30 combo infusion, if you have 4 activiated, which would be one about every 8-10 seconds, would be 580% damage.
