Um okay... nothing we can't PrtSc and rip straight out of the game. That's where my LOLPALLY skill icons came from xD (and not straight from the data as some of you might believe)

... Oh nvm. You can just convert to .ico from .bmp through just changing the extension, right? >_>

you can but it screws up transparencies and doesn't work for a lot of things

or at least that's what my experience was when I used to do that with 2000

So uh, how do we set these as the icon? o_o

For Shortcuts:
Right-click > Properties > Shortcut tab > Change Icon

For falders:
Right-click > Properties > Customize > Change Icon

For a specific set of filetypes:
Open up a random folder.
Tools > Folder options > File Types > Specify a file type > Click Advanced > Change Icon

That's for XP.

Nice guide. I wish you could remove those shortcut icons in the bottom corner as they look ugly on my vista.
