Yeah I'd like to know how to get the cape as well. Can't seem to find anything about it.

Intel Docs drop at a decent rate. Very random though, I went one PQ with 10 scrolls, while another I had 3. However, the last PQ I did, scrolls stopped dropping right after we turned all of them in. We didn't finish the PQ, but we killed for 5 minutes and no scrolls.

Gloves are going to be annoying to get. I don't think I'm going to get them.

No clue on the cape though.

I'll get the gloves after I get everything else.

EDIT: Can you turn in all 100 intel docs at once and get the permanent earset?

on kMS you could only receive the cape through a special event on the website where, if I remember correctly, you had to stay logged on in-game for so many hours each day (5 I think?) and you would get points on the site to buy things like megaphones, etc. one of the prizes was the cape. knowing nexon america, they probably stupidly left it out.

About the speed quiz, for the permanent overall, do I need to answer 50/50 20 times?
Or can I just answer like 30 something at a time and it add up to 1000?

There are two permanent overalls: one level 30 (+2 all stats, etc.) and one level 50 (+3, etc.). You get the level 30 one by getting the quiz perfectly once. You get the level 50 one by getting 1000 points over time.

The earrings and glove are a waste of my time!

I only got the receiver, due to the BossPQ.. it was pretty quick, bosses are easy until I got up to Mano X_X

I believe the cape is a one time thing, you just need to be on for at least 5 hours so you can get the 5 badges.

Yes.

1000 points over time, each question is worth 1 point so the max you can get in one quiz is 50. Which adds up to doing the quiz 20 times if you do it perfect each time that is.
