Cube Slime

I have few question about them:
1. Where is the map that there lots of them?
2. Do they drop chaos scrolls? And if they do, does it rare?
3. If i have lvl 33 archer should i take him to there to try get maple shield?

Yes, and it is the same drop rate as everything else. 1%

Oh my fucking God, 1% would be an amazing fucking drop rate.

Yes, they drop Chaos Scrolls. No, you will not find one. They are insanely rare, much lower than a 1% drop rate. lol And sure, train there if you want, but you'll probably just end up disappointed if you're hoping for a Maple Shield or Chaos.

It is a decent map for sniping though, there are several platforms and ledges to stand on and the enemies move relatively slowly.

Don't get me started on killing several hundred thousand Cold Eyes and not getting one, but getting 70+ PMCHs.

Bowman in my guild got one in 5 kills.
He also got a maple shield from Bubblings. In the tree. In the first 10 minutes.

We've burned him as witch and taken all his toys.

I hunted there for about seven hours total, and found one maple shield. Never even saw a chaos scroll.

My friend got one within 3 minutes.....just like how I got a White Duck Tube at Gryphons (when they dropped) after killing 3 of them, when my friend didn't get one after 34 and a half hours there.

I hunted Cube Slimes for 30min on Family 2x drop and found a Maple Shield.

It's anything but impossible, it's just you can't go there and expect yourself to find one, as with any other uncommon drop in Maple Story.

It is totally random, even with 2x. I almost never find anything when I'm specifically hunting for it, and even when I do its when I least expect it. Don't go in assuming that you'll come out of the Nihal Desert chock full of maple shields and chaos scrolls because most likely you'll be coming out with nothing. A 1/10K chance of finding something is not worth getting excited about.

1 in 10k is pretty optimistic... most equip and scroll drops have a lower rate than that. Of course, monsters tend to drop 5-10 different equips so you still get one every 1-2000 but individually they are very low.

I'll attest to the scroll drop rate at WS, since I seem to find 3-5 Ilbis for each scroll that drops there lol. On the flip side, I've found 4 or so scrolls at Skelegons already, and only 3 equips
