KMS patch additions

I'm sure by now everyone has seen the other thread and knows that KMS got a huge patch. I'll show some of the features here.

 Inventory Expansion

Inventory expansion: It shows you all the slots that you would ordinarily have to scroll down to see.

There's two NPCs you can use to get in. One is for parties, one is for solo. There appears to be multiple instances per channel. You get into this area by talking to Gaga, an NPC that does events in KMS since the Anniversary. Next to him is a "Maple Secret Service Agent", and you can go to their base. They have to do with this PQ.

First boss: Mano. Every time you kill a boss and move through the portal, you get EXP. I get 2% at level 47 for the first 5 bosses and barely have to use any pots. The first five were Mano, Stumpy, Deu, King Slime, and Faust.

Every 5 bosses, you enter a rest point where you choose whether to bail or go on. You can also quit at any time by talking to the Cat. I went on and was able to beat King Clang, Alishar, Timer and Mushmom. I then reached Dile, but couldn't beat him because he would use super weapon def. up and then heal 5k. With my constant missing I couldn't take him down.

Every boss you take down gives you points. More difficult bosses give more points. After 200 points, you receive this Maple Secret Service earpiece. By starting their quest, I got some Secret Service shoes too.

 Auto AP allocation

See the big button? It automatically allocates your AP every level. I didn't want more points in dex so I didn't use it.

 World Map update

look it's time temple! and they added the route to Time Temple on the world map, so now Orbis isn't the only place with more than one line.

 Elin Forest and Time Control Room

Climb up the ladder in Helios to find this portal.

It's the time control room! The NPC down there does nothing right now. She should change the destination if there were more than one place available, but for now, nothing. Simply walk through the portal to reach Elin Forest.

In Elin forest, you emerge here. Walk straight into town through the portal, no monsters or anything. One thing I immediately noticed that wasn't apparent from SS or mentioned before is that it's raining in Elin. It's very soothing with the music.

That's the tent containing Dances with Zakum, the baby.

The Library of Altair Camp. Expecting Grendel? Nope, it's Athena Pierce! Sadly, for some reason, none of the NPCs here would talk to me, except for the potion seller. Behind Athena is a door with limited access. I couldn't enter it, but it gave some message. At the top is another door...

With a much fuller library. Nothing to do in here, I wonder why it even exists. There are no quests at all in Elin Forest right now.

Another tent in Altair Camp. Another NPC with no purpose.

Monster maps! The giant snails are sort of hard to hit without jumping.

At the farthest reaches of Elin, you can see parts of Henesys. It's funny how the entire past is just green tinted. >_>

The PQ entrance. It's two maps right of town. She says the PQ is for level 45-55 (ew no) but the quest log still says 50+. I'm more inclined to believe the latter because Poison Golem is way, way too hard for even a team of 55's to take out.

I have not had the chance to visit Time Temple yet, and even if I do I can't get far in... I'm definitely gonna try though.

The exp is amazing. Takes me about 1.5 minutes to kill 6 bosses, and I make 2.2% per run through. That gives me something like 35% an hour. Too bad it seems to be an event...

The Maple Secret Service are some weird group. Apparently Gaga, the Maple Admin, and Cassandra are members. The watermelon event from last year is back, but this time it's run by Agent W of the MSS. (W for Watermelon? lol) after 5 Watermelons from the Watermelon event, you can turn them in to Agent W for a 67 attack tube, which acts as a weapon for your class. It's level 30, and has the stats that are about equal to a level 64 maple weapon. Awesome. The cat that lets you into the PQ is also an Agent for MSS apparently. You can go to their base, which is omega sector themed, yet it plays Henesys music. I bet they're related to Agent Marco of Omega in some way. You can see one of the MSS agents in my first screenshot, next to Gaga.

I like the expanded Inventory window...I guess you still have to buy extra slots.

They don't drop anything, however their summons still do. I got 2 slime cards in there. X_X No confirmation on whether or not they drop cards yet, but if they do it's at as low a rate as normal.

And yeah, all those inventory slots are X'd out...

What is the level range for ellin forest? the pq is 50+, but is there anything for characters in the 3rd or 4th jobs?

Im pretty sure Elin is from 20 - 60 or so, 3rd and 4th is Time temple stuff.
Just a confirmation Boss Hunter PQ is for all levels, correct? I'd really like to see that watermelon event in GMS, while pirates are out for that tube

Elin Forest is my next hope after some Masteria expansions and possibly Pirate job.

kMS indeed got a big patch. jMS is next. After all, they're getting a bigger one at the end of this month.

BTW, those two NPCs in Ellinia, both with quests started, are they with the Maple Secret Service?

A great patch during my vacation. Oh well, hopefully i will earn around +15 levels from that Boss event. ;-)

By the way, Patch 1.2.60 today.

How does that auto ap thing work? does it auto. add dex and str(for you) or just all str? can you programma it xD? or does it make your stats to like normal(for thief dex=lv+40 and other ap in luk)?
