Party Quest - Lord Pirate

Well I’m not a fan of PPQ really but since this new quest was added I thought I might as well do it. So in the last week I have done the 350 PQ's and got the Lv 90 Hat. You can see that in the screen shot below.

So I have acquired all hats yet the quest is still in the In Progress section. Does anyone know how to move it into the Complete section? I thought the goal of the quest was to get all the hats?

You have to get out of the PQ range.

That makes sense. However, to branch off of this topic, what's up with Henesys PQ? It's the only PQ that appears in the quest log that is available for all levels. It behaves very strangely. Some people completed it once or twice and it moved to Completed shortly after. For me, I completed it three times and it took over one week for it to move. Is there any consistency behind when it's supposed to move to Completed?

I'm curious...or if it just moves whenever the heck it wants.

On the 2nd of the three HPQs I have recorded in the quest log. I can't figure out why mine took so long to move into Completed compared to others', is all. And what does HPQ go by, since it's not level based like the rest.

personally, i got the hat after 1 pq, and went back to training.
after 3 days it didnt go to completed (i didnt even know its supposed to go alone, because someone said u must get it to S rank for it to move), so i decided to do it some more times. i got to 13 completeions (C rank) and gave up because it was too time consuming. already about a week or two passed, and yesterday i suddenly noticed its completed. dont know when did it happen.

I just noticed that the HPQ moved to my completed section after I leveled. I got a couple of new quests. It may have to new quests appearing or leveling. Someone should try to do Cupid's Courier after doing a HPQ to see if it moves. If not then try leveling maybe?

Maybe you have to get past level 200 in order for it to be compelte..

Wait a seconnndd.....

My HPQ quest moved to the completed section on the second day. I didn't even know it had a new quest on the first, so it may even have been the first. The second day, my friend who I was training said "C rank", and I was like, "huh?" Then he told me about the quest and I looked in the Quest section and there it was in the completed section. My friend also had it in the completed section, and he was 1x. Strangely, my other friend (7x) who was pqing with us had hers in the in progress section. She did skip several pqs so maybe that had something to do with it? In case the hats matter too, both I and my 7x friend got the hat on the first day, while my 1x friend did not get his hat until two days after it was moved to the completed section. Oh, and I was the same level the whole time.

Well that kills my theory about leveling.
Still gonna try it to see if it works.
