Can't seem to find the secret document for Magatia quest?

I've been pressing the NPC chat button inside the Hidden Street: Dark Lab like MAD at the green spot, but nothing is happening.

God damn it, did they borked this quest or something?

*Just got the document after clicking around in the dark. I feel like a nub.

After implementing the NPC chat button, Nexon decided it was too powerful and nerfed it -_- Now there are "hidden" NPCs that it won't work on, and (maybe because of the single click thing) it also skips chat dialog screens of quests. Meaning that if you want to actually read the quest dialog, you must use the mouse to click "next" every time, and then click inside the chat to show the chat (or wait for it to slowly slowly appear)

One step forward, 2 steps back. I wonder why Nexon works like this.

LOL I just did this one. If I'm correct u have climb an invisible rope close to the entrance, then go to the left nd climb another rope. Then u walk right till u drop twice. Around where u drop the second time, jump to grab another rope, then go right and press npc button once ur close enough. Sure hope I'm talkin bout the right quest e.e lol

yeah, thats the one. Im having trouble with it right now. Tried clicking in the area the NPC *should* be according to minimap, tried npc chat, nothing is popping up. Oh well, gonna go try again here in a min.

you have to do the jumps

If you are standing on the green dot in the minimap, the npc should be right above your head, just about where the quest light bulb would pop up. Just slowly move your mouse around that area and you should get the indicator that you're hovering over something clickable. When I did the quest, I couldn't click it because I usually don't bother getting rid of the light bulb.
