not really bandaged, their ninjas, so they conceal their true identities to the outside world when acting as a ninja. and what do you men by "whats with him"?

Edit: This patch must be archer heaven, judging by the 3 archers in the wallpaper XD, and im interested in Tag's glowing dagger-sword @-a

its most likely not, seeing as it was a wallpaper. All the other town based wallpapers have few of the NPCs within the town.

Jack Barricade, Joko, and Taggrin are there, as well as the one we suspect to be "Lukan", but no idea on who those other 2 NPCs are. I seem to remember an NPC named Fiona or something, but I'm hardly certain about that.

Grandmasters NPCs?

If the town is "big" enough, it should have a potion seller, weapon seller, armor seller, storage person, maybe a refiner. Then there are the NPCs that provide quests and are part of the story.

I think the fatman is a PQ NPC.

Yea but the quote could also be used for a PQ. Which seems more likely, because it looks like a major npc.

Some PQs have Jump Quests in it...like Orbis PQ,maybe that fatman is from the PQ,like Rain said
