my first pit of hell rant...

Half of this doesn't make sense. Just ignore my *insert nexon here*-ness
have some poast Poast

I am really at a loss for what to say in this letter other than to convey my shock. Nexon is right about one thing, namely that fear is what motivates us. Fear of what it means when the worst classes of logorrheic humanity-haters there are block streets and traffic to the extent that ambulances can't get through. Fear of what it says about our society when we teach our children that two wrongs make a right. And fear of dotty lethargic-types like Nexon who advertise "magical" diets and bogus weight-loss pills. Nexon maintains that either its policies epitomize wholesome family entertainment or that "metanarratives" are the root of tyranny, lawlessness, overpopulation, racial hatred, world hunger, disease, and rank stupidity. Nexon denies any other possibility.
I feel no shame in writing that if we are to lend a helping hand, then we must be guided by a healthy and progressive ideology, not by the ophidian and militant ideologies that Nexon promotes. We all learned the Golden Rule in school. Maybe Nexon was absent that day. Mutual efforts against meddlesome vigilantism are not just an educational process designed to teach people that a plan of rational reaction to Nexon's noxious outbursts is surely in order. These efforts also serve as a beacon, warning the world of the subhuman consequences of Nexon's obstreperous witticisms. I have no set opinion as to whether or not Nexon is the type of organization that would shoot you just to see if its gun worked. I do, however, clearly contend that if it were up to it, schoolchildren would be taught reading, 'riting, and racism. It should come as no big shock to anyone that no one has a higher opinion of Nexon than I, and I think Nexon's a pigheaded freak of nature.
As a parenthetical note, I think this is tragic. In reaching that conclusion I have made the usual assumption that I must ask that its companions recognize and respect the opinions, practices, and behavior of others. I know they'll never do that so here's an alternate proposal: They should, at the very least, back off and quit trying to weaken family ties. There are two flaws with Nexon's mottos: 1) I unequivocally do not intend this letter to be in any way misinterpreted as a personal attack on Nexon, and 2) ancient Greek dramatists discerned a peculiar virtue in being tragic. Nexon would do well to realize that they never discerned any virtue in being detestable. If we provide a trenchant analysis of Nexon's notions then the sea of classism, on which Nexon so heavily relies, will begin to dry up. Even as I write those words I can feel Nexon cringe. That's okay. Cringe. I don't care because we must work together to seek liberty, equality, and fraternity. What can you do to help? For starters, you might want to brush away the cobwebs of vandalism. I personally derive great satisfaction in doing that sort of thing because Nexon accuses me of being a liar. The only proven liar around here, however, is Nexon. Only a die-hard liar like Nexon could claim that it has its moral compass in tact. The truth, in case you haven't already figured it out, is that no matter how bad you think its expostulations are, I assure you that they are far, far worse than you think.
Given the tenor of our times, if I were elected Ruler of the World, my first act of business would be to lift our nation from the quicksand of injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. I would further use my position to inform certain segments of the Earth's population that as soon as our backs are turned, Nexon will pull out all stops in its snivelling drive to seize control over where we eat, sleep, socialize, and associate with others. It is no more complicated than that. Am I the only one who makes that observation? Of course not. But perhaps I express it more directly, more candidly, and far less euphemistically than most. For years I've been warning people that Nexon plans to replace intellectual integrity with high-handed sloganeering. However, that's not my entire message; it's only a part of it. I also want you to know that no matter how much Nexon squirms and wriggles, it will never escape the fact that it must believe that if it doesn't turn the trickle of gangsterism into a tidal wave, it'll have led a meaningless life. Why do I tell you this? Because these days, no one else has the guts to.
We must learn to celebrate our diversity, not because it is the politically correct thing to do but because you may be worried that it will foster parasitism at every opportunity by the end of the decade. If so, then I share your misgivings. But let's not worry about that now. Instead, let's discuss my observation that Nexon uses language that would make a sailor blush. I won't dwell on that except to direct your attention to the grotesque manner in which it has been trying to inaugurate an era of baleful, lousy oligarchism.
Nature is a wonderful teacher. For instance, the lesson that Nature teaches us from newly acephalous poultry is that you really don't need a brain to run around like a dang fool making a spectacle of yourself. Nature also teaches us that Nexon's practices are not witty satire, as it would have you believe. They're simply the illaudable, unrealistic ramblings of something that has no idea or appreciation of what it's mocking. Let us now join hands, hearts, and minds to reinforce what is best in people.
Consider the following, which I'll address in greater detail later: Nexon is willing to promote truth and justice when it's convenient. But when it threatens its creature comforts, Nexon throws principle to the wind. Nexon's protégés get a thrill out of protesting. They have no idea what causes they're fighting for or against. For them, going down to the local protest, carrying a sign, hanging out with Nexon, and meeting some other harebrained wankers is merely a social event. They're not even aware that Nexon swears that we ought to worship incomprehensible heresiarchs as folk heroes. Clearly, it's living in a world of make-believe, with flowers and bells and leprechauns and magic frogs with funny little hats. Back in the real world, we've all heard Nexon yammer and whine about how it's being scapegoated again, the poor dear.
It's really amazing, isn't it? We can put people on the Moon and send robot explorers to Mars, but if you can make any sense out Nexon's wretched taradiddles then you must have gotten higher marks in school than I did. If there is one thing I have learned, it is this: Nexon's ignorance is encyclopedic. That concept can be extended, mutatis mutandis, to the way that its statements such as "Shambolic psychics are easily housebroken" indicate that we're not all looking at the same set of facts. Fortunately, these facts are easily verifiable with a trip to the library by any open and honest individual. Nexon's goal is to stir up trouble. This is abject cannibalism! I have this advice to offer: The world has changed, Nexon; get used to it.
Nexon's brethren resist seeing that spleeny prætorianism has come to occupy a dodgy place in the national dialogue. They resist seeing such things because to see them, to examine them, to think about them and draw conclusions from them is to discuss the advantages of two-parent families, the essential role of individual and family responsibility, the need for uniform standards of civil behavior, and the primacy of the work ethic. If you'll allow me a minor dysphemism, anyone who denies this and insists on looking at issues from a single perspective is a participant in a flat, simplistic, and incomplete world. Or, to phrase that a little more politely, when I hear Nexon say that it acts in the public interest, I have to wonder about it. Is it thoroughly treasonous? Is it simply being backwards? Or is it merely embracing a delusion in which it must believe in order to continue believing in itself? The answer has two parts to it. The first part regards the manner in which those who lay waste to the environment must be held accountable for their actions. The second part of the answer is focused on the the way that Nexon possesses no significant intellectual skills whatsoever and has no interest in erudition. Heck, it can't even spell or define "erudition", much less achieve it.
Nexon once heard an irritating, balmy ne'er-do-well say, "I'm some sort of cully who can be duped into believing that Nexon is as innocent as a newborn lamb." What's amazing is that Nexon was then able to use that single quotation plus some anecdotal evidence to convince its janissaries that ruffianism is a noble goal, which indubitably makes me wonder, "Why can't it live among us in peace?" To answer that question, we need first to consider Nexon's thought process, which generally takes the following form: (1) Some people deserve to feel safe while others do not, so (2) we should avoid personal responsibility. Therefore, (3) its decisions are based on reason and thus, (4) things have never been better. As you can see, Nexon's reasoning makes no sense, which leads me to believe that if you've never seen it give me reason to lose my temper, you're either incredibly unobservant or are concealing the truth from yourself. I suppose that's all I have to say in this letter. If there are any points on which you require explanation or further particulars I shall be glad to furnish such additional details as may be required.

If you are one of the few who has never been presented with evidence that SekushiKun plans to replace Robert's Rules of Order with "facilitated consensus building" at all important meetings, then be glad that the task to educate yourself has just become easy. With this letter, I compile all of the necessary evidence into one easy-to-read document. For openers, he yields to the mammalian desire to assert individuality by attracting attention. Unfortunately, for SekushiKun, "attract attention" usually implies "belittle all fine social standards". As a practical matter, I have had to restrain myself from rebuking him more vehemently. Let me recap that for you because it really is extraordinarily important: He always demands instant gratification. That's all that is of concern to him; nothing else matters—except maybe to convince others that spineless toughies are the "chosen people" of scriptural prophecy. I tell you this because if I had to choose the most bleeding-heart specimen from SekushiKun's welter of gormless gabble, it would have to be SekushiKun's claim that he does the things he does "for the children".

I wish venal, dour bohemians had the gumption not to crush people to the earth and then claim the right to trample on them forever because they are prostrate. The mere mention of that fact guarantees that this letter will never get published in any mass-circulation periodical that SekushiKun has any control over. But that's inconsequential because SekushiKun's helots believe a conspiracy of squalid pedants control banking, foreign policy, and the media. And that's why I'm writing this letter; this is my manifesto, if you will, on how to work together in an atmosphere of friendship and hope. There's no way I can do that alone, and there's no way I can do it without first stating that if everyone does his own, small part, together we can bring him down a peg.

I indeed stand foursquare in defense of liberty, freedom of speech, and the right to criticize dirty, disaffected upstarts. Now that's a rather crude and simplistic statement and, in many cases, it may not even be literally true. But there is a sense in which it is generally true, a sense in which it indubitably expresses how SekushiKun holds onto power like the eunuch mandarins of the Forbidden City—sterile obstacles to progress who contaminate or cut off our cities' water supply.

When you reflect upon this, you'll realize that plagiarism is a growing threat to society and should be outlawed. This is not what I think; this is what I know. I additionally know that militarism is dangerous. SekushiKun's noisome version of it is doubly so. What we're involved in with SekushiKun is not a game. It's the most serious possible business, and every serious person—every person with any shred of a sense of responsibility—must concern himself with it.

Perhaps SekushiKun has some sound arguments on his side, but if so, he's keeping them well hidden; all the arguments I've heard from him are absolutely discourteous. His projects are evil. They're evil because they cause global warming; they make your teeth fall out; they give you spots; they incite nuclear war. And, as if that weren't enough, when SekushiKun says that the federal government should take more and more of our hard-earned money and more and more of our hard-won rights, in his mind, that's supposed to end the argument. It's like he believes he has said something very profound.

I challenge all of the stuck-up polemics out there to consider this: It's SekushiKun's belief that my letters demonstrate a desire to convict me without trial, jury, or reading one complete paragraph of this letter. I can't understand how anyone could go from anything I ever wrote to such an appalling idea. In fact, my letters generally make the diametrically opposite claim, that SekushiKun's a pretty good liar most of the time. However, he tells so many lies, he's bound to trip himself up someday. How I pity SekushiKun if I were to be his judge. I would start by notifying the jury that SekushiKun has never been a big fan of freedom of speech. He supports pogroms on speech, thought, academic license, scientific perspective, journalistic integrity, and any other form of expression that gives people the freedom to state that SekushiKun has remarked that anyone who disagrees with him is ultimately unregenerate. This is a comment that should chill the spine of anyone with moral convictions. To make sure you understand I'll spell it out for you. For starters, SekushiKun must sense his own irremediable inferiority. That's why he is so desperate to sacrifice children on the twin altars of emotionalism and greed; it's the only way for him to distinguish himself from the herd. It would be a lot nicer, however, if SekushiKun also realized that he constantly insists that a plausible excuse is a satisfactory substitute for performance. But he contradicts himself when he says that trees cause more pollution than automobiles do.

I don't know if I speak for anybody but myself on this, but it is more than a purely historical question to ask, "How did SekushiKun's reign of terror start?" or even the more urgent question, "How might it end?". No, we must ask, "Does SekushiKun realize he's more raucous than an uppity grifter?" To answer that question, note that history provides a number of instructive examples for us to study. For instance, it has long been the case that one of the goals of Bonapartism is to render meaningless the words "best" and "worst". SekushiKun admires that philosophy because, by annihilating human perceptions of quality, SekushiKun's own mediocrity can flourish.

SekushiKun's cohorts have already started to convince impressionable young people that people prefer "cultural integrity" and "multicultural sensitivity" to health, food, safety, and the opportunity to choose their own course through life. The result: absolute vapidity, incoherent and ugly cacophony, lack of personality, monotony, and boredom. There is no excuse for the innumerable errors of fact, the slovenly and philistine artistic judgments, the historical ineptitude, the internal contradictions, and the various half-truths, untruths, and gussied-up truths that litter every one of SekushiKun's essays from the first word to the last. The objection may still be raised that SekushiKun defends the real needs of the working class. At first glance this sounds almost believable yet the following must be borne in mind: I'm not very conversant with SekushiKun's background. To be quite frank, I don't care to be. I already know enough to state with confidence that there are lots of weepy, wimpy flower children out there who are always whining that I'm being too harsh in my criticisms of SekushiKun. I wish such people would wake up and realize that SekushiKun's put-downs reek of pessimism. I use the word "reek" because SekushiKun's mendacious, scummy precepts have led to more, not less, Trotskyism in our society. I'll say that again because I want it to sink in: By provoking his opponents to irrational rage, SekushiKun makes them look like unbalanced sods.

As you can see, I have no idea why SekushiKun makes such a big fuss over solecism. There are far more pressing issues that present themselves and that should be discussed, debated, and solved—issues such as war, famine, poverty, and homelessness. There is also the lesser issue that SekushiKun asserts that it's okay if his writings initially cause our quality of life to degrade because "sometime", "someone" will do "something" "somehow" to counteract that trend. Most reasonable people, however, recognize such assertions as nothing more than baseless, if wishful, claims unsupported by concrete evidence. What makes him think we want him to construct the spectre of a terrible armed threat? Did he read something about that in "The Do-It-Yourself Guide to Wowserism"? SekushiKun's scare tactics are designed to intensify or perpetuate onanism. And they're working; they're having the desired effect.

Judging by the generally macabre nature of SekushiKun's adherents, I can see that if natural selection indeed works by removing the weakest and most genetically unfit members of a species then SekushiKun is clearly going to be the first to go. Believe you me, he's causing all sorts of problems for us. We must grasp these problems with both hands and deal with them in a forthright way. As that last sentence suggests, SekushiKun tries to make us think the way he wants us to think, not by showing us evidence and reasoning with us, but by understanding how to push our emotional buttons. I challenge you to ponder this subject with the broadest vision possible.

Three points.

One, you need to learn brevity. A full and complete condemnation of Nexon does not take this much space.

Two, don't use big words. The trick of good writing is to make your audience understand you. If you use no big words but your audience can read and respond, you've done more than sticking in a bunch of big words that make your piece incomprehensible except to literary buffs.

Three, and most importantly, you need to make your point clear. You get into "Nexon is bad" a lot, but never once do you go into specifics: what precisely has it done wrong, and why. We can to an extent deduce that its unscrupulous money-making policies are what you're talking about, (family ties being weakened, Golden Rule being avoided,) but this is little more than extrapolation because you are THAT unclear.

Did you read too much of Karl Marx's books? I can feel his style of writing in your rant.

Summary: tl;dr all of it. But you are basically pissed off at Nexon in general for being "policitally savvy" while you, good sir, are "obligated" to be one of the "cronies" in dispersing whatever "anger from certain irrational people" so that Nexon's Customer Support doesn't have to receive this much weirdness the next time you address them, because you and only you will be this strange.

Actually strike that. You're just pissed off at Nexon.

Although I have no criticism of Sicnarf's conclusions, I have a few observations and comments to share. For complete details, I refer you to my forthcoming book on the subject. I shall here mention only a few random items that may be new or especially interesting to you. For instance, Sicnarf wants to prey on people's fear of political and economic instability. You know what groups have historically wanted to do the same thing? Fascists and Nazis.

Sicnarf is known for publishing what is easily identifiable as opinion under the guise of fact. Hence and therefore, if you intend to challenge someone's assertions, you need to present a counterargument. He provides none. I'm not one to criticize, but I wish that one of the innumerable busybodies who are forever making "statistical studies" about nonsense would instead make a statistical study that means something. For example, I'd like to see a statistical study of Sicnarf's capacity to learn the obvious. Also worthwhile would be a statistical study of how many rambunctious skinflints realize that Sicnarf likes to seem smarter than he really is. It therefore always amuses me whenever he cracks open a thesaurus, aims for intellectualism, misses, and lands squarely in a puddle of gruesome frippery.

This is not the first time I've wanted to convert retreat into advance. But it is the first time I realized that he insists that doing the fashionable thing is more important than life or liberty. This fraud, this lie, is just one among the thousands he perpetrates. Lousy, stupid bourgeoisie often take earthworms or similar small animals and impale them on a pin to enjoy watching them twist and writhe as they slowly die. Similarly, Sicnarf enjoys watching respectable people twist and writhe whenever he threatens to destroy everything beautiful and good. Ever since he decided to glorify squalid Sicnarf clones, his consistent, unvarying line has been that the Eleventh Commandment is, "Thou shalt treat people's bona fide personal devastation as bathos". He says he's going to squeeze every last drop of blood from our overworked, overtaxed bodies in the coming days. Good old Sicnarf. He just loves to open his mouth and let all kinds of things come out without listening to how illiterate they sound.

It is pointless to fret about the damage already caused by Sicnarf's vile insinuations. The past cannot be changed. We must cope with the present if we hope to affect our future and warn the public against those heartless slackers whose positive accomplishments are always practically nil but whose conceit can scarcely be excelled. So that there may be no misunderstanding, let me make it clear that I should note that Sicnarf is out to expose and neutralize his enemies rather than sit at the same table and negotiate. And when we play his game, we become accomplices. I want you to know that he formulates his expositions in a precarious latticework between the evil and the unforgiving. Knowing, as they say, is half the battle. What remains is to take away as many of Sicnarf's opportunities for mischief as possible.

Are you still with me? There is no place in this country where we are safe from Sicnarf's vassals, no place where we are not targeted for hatred and attack. Sicnarf keeps telling us that governments should have the right to lie to their own subjects or to other governments. Are we also supposed to believe that our unalienable rights are merely privileges that he can dole out or retract? I didn't think so. We find among narrow and uneducated minds the belief that Man's eternal search for Truth is a challenge to be avoided at all costs. This belief is due to a basic confusion that can be cleared up simply by stating that in the Old Testament, the Book of Kings relates how the priests of Baal were slain for deceiving the people. I'm not suggesting that there be any contemporary parallel involving Sicnarf, but Sicnarf has two imperatives. The first is to operate on a criminal—as opposed to a civil disobedience—basis. The second imperative is to have more impact on Earth's biological, geological, and chemical systems during our lifetime and our children's than all preceding human generations had together. To close, let me accentuate that if we take a proactive, rather than a reactive, stance we shall not only survive Sicnarf's attacks; we shall prevail.

In a prior letter, I identified a set of ideological premises as superordinate constructions that maintain the rhetorical context in which Providence is able to distract attention from more important issues. I will now elaborate on three of his most obnoxious premises:

  1. Everyone with a different set of beliefs from his is going to get a one-way ticket to Hell.
  2. Our elected officials should be available for purchase by special-interest groups.
  3. Money-grubbing prevaricators are more deserving of honor than our nation's war heroes.

The nitty-gritty of what I'm about to write is this: Negativism was founded on a world system of enslavement and land theft. I'll stand by that controversial statement and even assume that most readers who bring their own real-life experience will agree with it. At a bare minimum, Providence is truly up to something. I don't know exactly what, but he will probably throw another hissy fit if we don't let him cause coprophagous subversion to gather momentum on college campuses. At least putting up with another Providence hissy fit is easier than convincing Providence's worshippers that every time Providence tries, he gets increasingly successful in his attempts to scorn and abjure reason. This dangerous trend means not only death for free thought, but for imagination as well. I would like to go on, but I do have to keep this letter short. So I'll wrap it up by saying that the police should lock Providence up and throw away the key.

Everybody lock your doors, get a gun, protect yourself! Sicnarf is planning to belittle all fine social standards! What follows is a set of observations I have made about intrusive sciolists. He refers to a variety of things using the word "roentgenographically". Translating this bit of jargon into English isn't easy. Basically, Sicnarf's saying that anyone who disagrees with him is ultimately nasty, which we all know is patently absurd. At any rate, I find that some of his choices of words in his bromides would not have been mine. For example, I would have substituted "amoral" for "physicophysiological" and "unpatriotic" for "interchangeableness."

You may wonder why within a short period of time, Sicnarf will order his secret police to rob from the rich but—unlike Robin Hood—give to repulsive caitiffs. It's simply because Sicnarf deeply believes that individual worth is defined by race, ethnicity, religion, or national origin. Meanwhile, back on Earth, the truth is very simple: We can no longer afford to do nothing about Sicnarf's domineering viewpoints. Instead, we must strike while the iron is hot and shed the light of truth on the evil that is Sicnarf. I must emphasize that he demands obeisance from his worshippers. Then, once they prove their loyalty, Sicnarf forces them to cause this country to flounder on the shoals of self-interest, corruption, and chaos. His bait-and-switch tactics always follow the same pattern. He puts the desired twist on the actual facts, ignores inconvenient facts, and invents as many new "facts" as necessary to convince us that we have too much freedom.

Because of Sicnarf's eagerness to participate in riots, there's something fishy about his words. I think Sicnarf's up to something, something quixotic and perhaps even purblind. Sicnarf has so frequently lied about how he understands the difference between civilization and savagery that some weaker-minded people are starting to believe it. We need to explain to such people that it's our responsibility to denounce those who claim that Sicnarf is forward-looking, open-minded, and creative. That's the first step in trying to tell Sicnarf what we all think of him—and boy, do I have some choice words I'd like to use—and it's the only way to ring the bells of truth. Now that you've read the bulk of this letter, it should not come as a complete surprise that Sicnarf turns his back on those who have been the most loyal to him. However, this fact bears repeating again and again, until the words crack through the hardened exteriors of those who would herald the death of intelligent discourse on college campuses. I am referring, of course, to the likes of Sicnarf.

Only a die-hard liar like Nexon could claim that it has its moral compass in tact. The truth, in case you haven't already figured it out, is that no matter how bad you think its expostulations are, I assure you that they are far, far worse than you think.
Ok, so finally you reach the point where Nexon has done something to you, and that's accusing you of being a liar. Again, I must bash at your prose because it is so difficult to read due to you forcefully injecting these numerous vocabulary words into your essay.
SekushiKun Wrote:Given the tenor of our times, if I were elected Ruler of the World, my first act of business would be to lift our nation from the quicksand of injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
You, sir, are unfit for the Ruler of the World, and if you surely were elected, I'm sure that a re-election would almost instantly follow. Also, lifting everyone from injustice is easy to say, but another thing to do. If it were that easy, unless you have some sort of complex plan, don't you think the world problems of today would be solved already? After all, all the politicians in the top seats are surely smarter than you are.
SekushiKun Wrote:I would further use my position to inform certain segments of the Earth's population that as soon as our backs are turned, Nexon will pull out all stops in its snivelling drive to seize control over where we eat, sleep, socialize, and associate with others. It is no more complicated than that.
That's really a lame statement. Rulers must be fair in that it should let ALL businesses survive unless they were trumping other businesses (in which case would be called a monopoly). Last I checked, Nexon is NOT a monopoly, it is merely a company. If you were the Ruler of this Earth, then Nexon to you would just be another company and that gives you NO right to slander it.
SekushiKun Wrote:Am I the only one who makes that observation? Of course not.
You're not alone, but other people may have objections. You can't just assume everyone agrees with you.
SekushiKun Wrote:But perhaps I express it more directly, more candidly, and far less euphemistically than most.
You don't represent Nexon. Please do not act like you do.
SekushiKun Wrote:Why do I tell you this? Because these days, no one else has the guts to.
Or you can look at the flip side and nobody hates them as much as you do, and nobody types in as dense material as you do. >_>
SekushiKun Wrote:We must learn to celebrate our diversity, not because it is the politically correct thing to do but because you may be worried that it will foster parasitism at every opportunity by the end of the decade. If so, then I share your misgivings. But let's not worry about that now.
Parasitism doesn't only exist in Nexon, it exists everywhere. However, you must stop viewing parasitism as parasitism and call it business. The government is leeching off of you in every moment. Why are you not pissed at them? Why must Nexon's business leeching off of you piss you off so much? And if you hate Nexon so much, why DO YOU let Nexon leech off of you? Stop paying them money and play the game without buying NX! It's that simple.
SekushiKun Wrote:Instead, let's discuss my observation that Nexon uses language that would make a sailor blush. I won't dwell on that except to direct your attention to the grotesque manner in which it has been trying to inaugurate an era of baleful, lousy oligarchism.
And now let's discuss my observation that you use a language that can crack an egg.
SekushiKun Wrote:Nature is a wonderful teacher.
And define "Nature's" teachings. You can't learn anything from the great outdoors. Maybe you take a walk in the jungle and then sudden bouts of insight come to your mind telling you how to face situations that you may have encountered before you stepped into the forest. But for the most part, "nature" itself does not teach you anything. Learning occurs through mimicry and observation, but that can only happen when you can draw a parallel to human behavior.
SekushiKun Wrote:Consider the following, which I'll address in greater detail later: Nexon is willing to promote truth and justice when it's convenient. But when it threatens its creature comforts, Nexon throws principle to the wind.
That's called the self-serving bias and it's true for all people.
SekushiKun Wrote:Nexon's protégés get a thrill out of protesting.
So now you're discrediting everyone who has an opposing view? How does that make you better than Nexon?
SekushiKun Wrote:It's really amazing, isn't it? We can put people on the Moon and send robot explorers to Mars, but if you can make any sense out Nexon's wretched taradiddles then you must have gotten higher marks in school than I did.
Indeed I did. I speculate that if you write like this to all your teachers, they'll have DIED by the time they gave you ANY marks.
SekushiKun Wrote:If there is one thing I have learned, it is this: Nexon's ignorance is encyclopedic. That concept can be extended, mutatis mutandis, to the way that its statements such as "Shambolic psychics are easily housebroken" indicate that we're not all looking at the same set of facts.
Your ignorance is encyclopedic too. So far all you've said is that Nexon is stupid and that you were falsely accused. You took almost two pages to write that. that's worse than someone who's incomprehensible.
SekushiKun Wrote:Fortunately, these facts are easily verifiable with a trip to the library by any open and honest individual. Nexon's goal is to stir up trouble. This is abject cannibalism! I have this advice to offer: The world has changed, Nexon; get used to it.
The world has changed indeed. The world is ever changing, and so is the reality in which Nexon creates in their game. If you can't get used to Nexon's change, then don't tell them to get used to yours.
SekushiKun Wrote:Nexon's brethren resist seeing that spleeny prætorianism has come to occupy a dodgy place in the national dialogue.
LoL. I'm not even going to bother. Your writing SUCKS. You use 5 blocks to make two points that aren't even valid.

I want this post to serve as an oasis of sanity in Mr. Harrisonized's desert of foolishness. I will start this discussion by arguing that Harrisonized is just making a mug of himself when he says that black is white and night is day. Then, I will present evidence that he is like a magician who produces a dove in one hand while the other hand is busy trying to play fast and loose with the truth. To oppose Trotskyism, we must oppose nativism. To oppose Fabianism, we must oppose obscurantism. And to oppose Harrisonized, we must oppose amoral control freaks.

Harrisonized likes thinking thoughts that aren't burdensome and that feel good. That's why whenever anyone states the obvious—that I would like to register my strong objection to his bromides—discussion naturally progresses towards the question, "What exactly is his point?" I'll tell you the answer in a moment. But first, let me just say that a picayunish mentality and a brutal sense of particularism create fertile soil for grotesque fiends to authorize, promote, celebrate, and legitimize heartless vandalism. And let me tell you, he is trying to brainwash us. He wants us to believe that it's untoward to detail the specific steps and objectives needed to thwart his jackbooted, spineless schemes; that's boring; that's not cool. You know what I think of that, don't you? I think that by writing this post, I am undeniably sticking my head far above the parapet. The big danger is that Harrisonized will retaliate against me. He'll most likely try to force me to develop an eating disorder although another possibility is that if you think about it you'll see that his blathering imprecations are merely a distraction. They're just something to generate more op-ed pieces, more news conferences for media talking heads, and more punditry from people like me. Meanwhile, Harrisonized's hired goons are continuing their quiet work of advancing Harrisonized's real goal, which is to extirpate the things that I cherish.

Does Harrisonized remember the hurt and hate in the eyes of the people he made fun of just so others would like him more? Even if he does, I'm sure he doesn't care because Harrisonized wants to reduce us to acute penury. Personally, I don't want that. Personally, I prefer freedom. If you also prefer freedom then you should be working with me to encourage individuals to come out of their cocoons and flourish. That's all I'm going to say in this post because if I were to write everything I want to write, I'd be here all night.

Providence Wrote:Everybody lock your doors, get a gun, protect yourself!

Well, I knew it was coming. In fact, I predicted it quite a long time ago when I said that Providence would threaten the existence of human life, perhaps all life on the planet. And now that he has, we must honestly yank up obstreperous card sharks from the dark rocks under which they hide and flaunt them before the bright sunshine of public exposure. In the text that follows, I don't intend to recount all of the damage caused by Providence's mutinous warnings but I do want to point out that if I were to compile a list of Providence's forays into espionage, sabotage, and subversion, it would fill an entire page and perhaps even run over onto the following one. Such a list would surely make every sane person who has passed the age of six realize that Providence claims to be fighting for equality. What he's really fighting for, however, is equality in degradation, by which I mean that Providence spouts the same bile in everything he writes, making only slight modifications to suit the issue at hand. The issue he's excited about this week is narcissism, which says to me that much of Providence's success is due to the rest of us bending over backwards to assist him and to overlook his failings. This is equivalent to saying that Providence is an incomprehensible psychopath. I use that label only when it's true. If you don't believe it is, then consider that if we don't remove the Providence threat now, it will bite us in our backside before you know it.

Providence Wrote:You may wonder why within a short period of time, Sicnarf will order his secret police to rob from the rich but—unlike Robin Hood—give to repulsive caitiffs.

To Hell with Providence! His thesis is that he is a spokesman for God. That's completely tendentious, you say? Good; that means you're finally catching on. The next step is to observe that someone just showed me a memo supposedly written by Providence. The memo spells out his plans to paint pictures of fastidious worlds inhabited by the worst types of ridiculous loudmouths there are. If this memo is authentic, it tells us that prudence is no vice. Cowardice—especially Providence's gloomy form of it—is.

Because my vision is built on the future, not the past, because you don't need to look far to see that his decisions are ill-advised, and because his musings are twisted in theory and hopeless in practice, we can conclude that our battle with Providence is a battle between spiritualism and militarism, between tradition and subversion, between the defenders of Western civilization and its enemies. With the battle lines drawn as such, it is abundantly clear that I have to wonder where Providence got the idea that it is my view that national-security interests can and should be sidestepped whenever his personal interests are at stake. This sits hard with me because it is simply not true and I've never written anything to imply that it is. He will hate me for saying this, but he is battening on us. Well, that's a bit too general of a statement to have much meaning, I'm afraid. So let me instead explain my point as follows: His diatribes reek like rotten eggs. Now that's a strong conclusion to draw just from the evidence I've presented in this letter so let me corroborate it by saying that my current plan is to drive off and disperse the prolix, jaded theologasters who bribe the parasitic with the earnings of the productive. Yes, he will draw upon the most powerful fires of Hell to tear that plan asunder, but he does not tolerate any view that differs from his own. Rather, Providence discredits and discards those people who contradict him along with the ideas that they represent. And there you have it. Providence was warned by his own habitués not to needle and wheedle disrespectful exponents of solecism into his entourage.

ClawofBeta Wrote:I can't believe how knowledgable these posts have been.

It's post modernism. Let me demonstrate.

While a person may be afflicted with an overwhelming urge to live, it can be argued as just an unnecessary and biased flow of chemicals through the brain. When a person is alive he is bothered with a lot of annoying and unnecessary tasks, such as working a job he does not like, paying bills, dodging coppers on his way to the crack dealer, and other annoying and unnecessary tasks. While past writers have argued that life is "good" and death is "bad," in fact a person is more at peace when he is dead than when he is alive. The proof of this is that he is not moving. At any rate, there is no real proving that death is better than life or that life is better than death because these are not facts, they are just opinions, opinions like "Republican is better than Democrat" or "Democrat is better than Republican," opinions that have no basis in truth, but only in the subjective, politically charged appeals by the talking heads that claim leadership over us. In other words, choosing to blow your head off with a Smith and Wesson is a very valid option, and you should not let anybody else tell you otherwise. Anybody that says otherwise is either misinformed or simply holds another (equally valid) opinion.

I love post-modernism. Don't you?

No other topic is more important and explains better the demise of our society than the saga of Sir Providence. So, without further ado, I present you with this all-important piece of information: Because of Providence's obsession with expansionism, he says that coercion in the name of liberty is a valid use of state power. This is at best wrong. At worst, it is a lie. When I state that he, in his typical dereliction-of-duty mode, is trying hard to transform our little community into a global crucible of terror and gore, I'm merely trying to stop his encroachments on our heritage.

Furthermore, Providence's favorite buzzword these days is "crisis". He likes to tell us that we have a crisis on our hands. He then argues that the only reasonable approach to combat this crisis is for him to dupe people into believing that it is his moral imperative to wage a clandestine guerilla war against many basic human rights. In my opinion, the real crisis is the dearth of people who understand that Providence used to be a major proponent of quislingism. Nowadays, he's putting all of his support behind teetotalism. As they say, plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. He is esurient for extreme power and exorbitant wealth. If, after hearing facts like that, you still believe that he is a bearer and agent of the Creator's purpose, then there is decidedly no hope for you.

Most of you reading this letter have your hearts in the right place. Now follow your hearts with actions. Providence has gotten away with so much for so long that he's lost all sense of caution, all sense of limits. If you think about it, only a man without any sense of limits could desire to instill distrust and thereby create a need for his fork-tongued views. He claims that he could do a gentler and fairer job of running the world than anyone else. Sound suspicious? Libidinous is a better word. While some of his obloquies are very attractive on the surface and are unequivocally entertaining, they ultimately serve to corrupt our youth.

With Providence's ploys hanging over us like the Sword of Damocles, it makes sense that all of the bad things that are currently going on are a symptom of Providence's meretricious manuscripts. They are not a cause; they are an effect. Most people don't realize this, but Providence has, in fact, presented evidence in support of his claim that the rules don't apply to him. Of course, his evidence has been rather flimsy in the credibility department. It's generally a lot easier to find evidence that Providence has found a way to avoid compliance with government regulations, circumvent any further litigation, and focus too much on one side of the equation and not enough on the broader perspective of things—all by trumping up a phony emergency.

With an enormous expenditure of words, unclear in content and incomprehensible as to meaning, Providence frequently stammers an endless hodgepodge of phrases purportedly as witty as in reality they are ridiculous. Only naive dissemblers can feel at home in this maze of reasoning and cull an "inner experience" from this dung heap of daft immoralism. If he continues to separate people from their roots and cut their bonds to their natural communities, crime will escalate as schools deteriorate, corruption increases, and quality of life plummets. Last I checked, he likes to posture as a guardian of virtue and manners. However, when it comes right down to it, what Providence is pushing is both wretched and petulant. Though I am not a proponent of conflict, he argues that I am worthless for wanting to bring him to justice. I should point out that this is almost the same argument that was made against Copernicus and Galileo almost half a millennium ago. I have seen what Providence is capable of, and I am afraid. I am very afraid and I am very angry. In closing, all that I ask is that you join me to stop Sir Providence and let Providence know, in no uncertain terms, that all of his declamations are paralogistic.

Because many of the things I'm about to say regarding Harrisonized have already been beaten into the ground, I will try to keep this letter short. In the text that follows, I won't bother discussing the flaws in Harrisonized's logic because he doubtlessly doesn't use any logic. From a public-policy perspective, he has repeatedly threatened to recruit and encourage young people to exhibit cruelty to animals, just as older drug dealers use young kids to push drugs. Maybe that's just for maximum scaremongering effect. Or maybe it's because Harrisonized accuses me of being narrow-minded. Does he think I'm narrow-minded because I refuse to accept his claim that ethnocentrism is a viable and vital objective for our nation's educational institutions? If so, then I guess I'm as narrow-minded as I could possibly be.

I have the following advice for Harrisonized: If you can't manage to be grateful for all the things we've done for you, at least have a little dignity, don't whine, and don't expect to be treated like a fragile doll just because you have a theatrically hypersensitive soul and delusions of entitlement. I believe, way deep down, that I act based on what I think is right, not who I think is right. That's why I try always to embark on a new path towards change. It's also why I say that Harrisonized demands that we make a choice. Either we let him shrink the so-called marketplace of ideas down to convenience-store size or he'll palliate and excuse the atrocities of his emissaries. This "choice" exemplifies what is commonly known as a "false dichotomy" or "the fallacy of the excluded middle" because it denies other alternatives, such as that Harrisonized's maneuvers are a parody of original thought. I put that observation into this letter just to let you see that due to circumstances that I have encountered in my research, I find that I must inculcate in the reader an inquisitive spirit and a skepticism about beliefs that Harrisonized's forces take for granted. To cap that off, Harrisonized claims that all it takes to solve our social woes are shotgun marriages, heavy-handed divorce laws, and a return to some mythical 1950s Shangri-la. I would say that that claim is 70% folderol, 20% twaddle, and 10% another dastardly attempt to sentence more and more people to poverty, prison, and early death.

If we don't rake Harrisonized over the coals for breaking down our communities, our children will curse us in our graves. Speaking of our children, we need to teach them diligently that Harrisonized's most recent perceptions are irreverent, in bad taste, and inappropriate. As an interesting experiment, try to point this out to him. (You might want to don safety equipment first.) I think you'll find that by refusing to act, by refusing to direct our efforts toward clearly defined goals and measure progress toward those goals as frequently and as objectively as possible, we are giving Harrisonized the power to cashier anyone who tries to draw an accurate portrait of his ideological alignment. I challenge you to ponder this subject with the broadest vision possible.
